This company is full of scammers please don’t use it . They can even go to the extent of issuing fake flight tickets.

I was assisted by Saadi and Sam, and they are the best , very professional and highly recommend them. I had to book an emergency flight and they supported me and checked on me and my husband.
I am definitely going to be booking with your organisation in future. They are very respectful, respond on time and able provide advise at a timely manner.

After using Sufi Travel for last 3 years my last trip was a nightmare, paid for shuttle to and from airport, nothing was arranged and had to get my own taxi, original hotel shown git changed and when I arrived it was a hostel, had to stay one night but then had to pay extra £350 to get a decent hotel and extra taxi. On return got no compensation and was only offered £100 if I done another booking with them. Terrible customer service and would never use them again.

I had the pleasure of having Frank as my agent. His patience and customer care is highly commended. I unfortunately did not end up purchasing a ticket but paid a deposit which I forgot about, and thought I had lost. Through Frank's honestly and diligence, he managed to get me a 50% refund on my deposit paid. Thank you very much Frank and when I am ready to travel, which will be soon, I will definitely be booking my tickets with Frank.

It was great , I travelled to Zimbabwe and back to Uk safely. Thanks to Sam Peter who checked on me , helped in booking the flight , made sure that I am checked in before flight departure . Above all , the support I received was excellent.

Stay Away! The day before our flight we got a call from Harry Singh saying that our flight seats have been upgraded to Premium Economy at an additional total cost of £237 for all 3 of us. I paid since we were travelling for our wedding ceremony however when we got to the airport we were informed that we were not upgraded at all. I informed Harry and he said the company will refund us upon return to the UK however 8 months on I am yet to still get a full refund. Sadly when I spoke to one of my friends who also used Sufi she said she was also tricked into paying a non-existent flight seat upgrade fee. To make matters worse we were not booked onto our return flights and we got home a day after our planned arrival date. My customer service experience with Sufi has been the worst I have experienced anywhere else!

I had the best assistance by a wonderful man Frank Tylar. Frank made sure I got the best available flight for my forthcoming journey. I changed dates atleast twice, but Frank was patient, helpful and still made sure I got the best deal. Frank talked me through all the details making sure I was happy.
