Terrible people. They will lie about timing and dates in order to get you to pay. Then once they have the money they will call back and ask for more. If you try and get a refund because they lied they will not give you a full refund. Also if you speak to the higher ups to report their staff lying they will tell you to prove it. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS

This company is shit with there staff I payed for a hotel for 15 days and a few hours before fighting the agent call me and say there a problem he couldn't make payment for the hotel my impression of this company is shit customer service

The ticket agent is a gem.her name is fatima.
Owner's or management should motivate her to continue the good work and if possible promote her.sge is a great asset to the travel industry.
Kindly wise her the best and ask her to continue the fantastic work she is doing fir your clients.

These guys are SCAMMERS with capitals!! Thieves and liars!! do not buy a single ticket from them! I wish I had read these reviews before having anything to do with them. They even gas light you when you challenge their theft! Horrible people and I hope they get what is coming to them if they continue on this path! They ought to be shut down! I contact Action Fraud and the police and hope that something will come of it!
