I just got my tickets from Sufi travels and I want to say massive "thank you" to Mohammad Maaz! Honestly, this agent has the patience of a saint! And he is a very personable individual too! I was a very anxious customer but he kept calming my fears and answering all my questions. There was no request too much for him. In the few days that I dealt with him on the phone, it felt like I had met him before already. He was extremely patient and polite and I know I really did stress him out but he wouldn't buckle. He was whole heartedly committed to this sale that I was at first very doubtful of his sincerity( but I see now that was just his sales method). Even though I was feeling uncomfortable dealing over the phone and also when different agents were calling me randomly at the beginning, he calmed me down and also encouraged me to proceed with my booking. He held my booking immediately I paid the initial deposit of £20 , gave me evidence and was also alert to help me update my booking to the best and cheapest deal. Well done to you, Maaz! You deserve an award for exceptional service. Now I am looking forward to my trip. God bless you!

I am not usually one to write a review( this is possibly my first ever) but I did promise myself to leave a good review after dealing with Maaz for the past few days because he deserves it. I would have given this a 5 star but for the anxiety that I honestly felt most of the time for dealing on the phone. I personally think this would have not been the case if this company had an office I visited instead of dealing on the phone and email.

The quality of his services is outstanding, and he is always reliable. I HAD TO MUTE THEM ON WHATSAPP BECAUSE YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT WAS A CRAZY EX BOYFRIEND! I dealt with this person: moaz.elahi and oh my God he was the worst person ever!!! LET THIS EVEN BE THE FIRST WARNING TO NOT GET ON THE PHONE WITH HIM OR ANY OF THEM! I WISH I COULD INSERT PICTURES OF THE CHAT AND HOW RUDE HE WAS AND REPLAY VOICE NOTES WHICH I HAVE SAVED ON RECORD. IF YOU PAY INSTALMENTS GET A RECORD ON TEXT ON YOUR DATES THE PAYMENT IS DUE CAUSE HE WILL HARASS YOU WITH CALLS WHENEVER HE THINKS ITS TIME FOR YOUR LAST PAYMENT WHICH IS TOTALLY NOT FAIR! But I’m sure after this review they will pass you onto a colleague with a different voice and say he or she is the manager. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO DIRECTLY TO BRITSH AIRWAYS OR AMERICAN AIRLINES ETCCC TO BOOK. ONCE YOU ALSO GET YOUR TICKETS AND YOUR DONE WITH THEM AND BLOCK THEM, THEY WILL ALSO START CALLING YOU ON DIFFERENT NUMBERS! SAME PERSON WITH THE SAME VOICE BUT A DIFFERENT NAME! I AM SURPRISED THEY HAVE NOT BEEN INVESTIGATED FROM THE POLICE. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU AN ARM AND A LEG FOR PROFIT FOR THEMSELVES TO, SO JUST GO ONLINE AND BOOK YOUR OWN TICKET SOMEWHERE ELSE CAUSE NO “TRAVEL COMPANY” SHOULD BE THIS SCARY AND THIS BAD. DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU WITH THREATS ABOUT THEM HAVING YOUR ADDRESS AND PASSPORT NUMBER TO! THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHINGGGG AND IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SOMEONE YOU CONFIDE IN WITH PERSONAL DETAILS COULD EVEN THREATEN YOU LIKE THAT!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

There’s a guy in this company that I absolutely love.his name is Muhammad Shahzad! And he is so helpful and is very humble. I’m guessing he can come across as slightly firm with what you say you’re going to do but I totally LOVE this and he makes me laugh. I genuinely only like speaking to Muhammad as I feel we chat like friends and he’s adorable. I will stay with this company as long as I can just deal with Muhammad. He got me and 2 friends the best deal ever for flights from uk to Gambia so Iv already paid deposits for flights to Jamaica next year with him. Very happy

I booked a British Airways ticket from LONDON TO ACCRA, with Sufitravelandtours agent called Hassan Ali. 3 days to travel I received a call from Hassan Ali telling me they had over booked on British Airways and my ticket was one of the tickets cancelled by British Airways.

My ticket was booked 1 year in advance for 7 passengers. Before using them I was skeptical, I even travelled to their suppose office in Central London. There was no office, the ‘Post Man’ told me their office had been closed since COVID. I spoke to Hassan Ali about it and he tried to convince me that since COVID they have all been working from home. He even gave me a genuine e-ticket number and told me to check British Airways manage my booking for confirmation of my booking.

I done this and even spoke to British Airways booking was all confirmed. On a regular basis for nearly a year I kept monitoring the ticket because I became suspicious of them after reading bad reviews about them. I was an early bird with my booking to ensure I get a cheaper ticket for my family of 7.

One review I had read about them the person warned that they will wait till few days to your travel date and demand more money from you. This was exactly what they done. They said they are trying to get a replacement ticket for me and demanded £1500 on top of the money already paid for.

Even the night before he called me I had checked on the tickets and it was still showing on British Airways system. However after his phone call when I phoned British Airways the details for the ticket did not exist anymore on British Airways’s system. I believe they sold my ticket to someone else for more money as by then my ticket price had tripled since I had booked my ticket a year in advance.

I reported them to the police. I intend to file an official complaint to British Airways to terminate all contracts with them. They can not be deceiving people like this.

Initially I was hesitant dealing with Sufitrave as I was afraid of being scammed. But, the gentle persistent and reassuring confidence of Sam Peter kind of relaxed me. And finally I made payment and Sufitraval and Sam Peter in particular was excellent in making my journey seamlessly relaxing. Constant gentle reminders and updates, they kept their eagle eye opened all through my journey from the moment I left UK to my country and back to Uk. I have started recommending them.

Sufi Travel and tours is a right and best company that I can recommend to anyone. I was helped to Huraira, he was very kind and to my choice, he explained to me all different flights until I have decided to the one that was best for me.
I hope the continue to do good to everyone who is approaching them for help.

Terrible people. They will lie about timing and dates in order to get you to pay. Then once they have the money they will call back and ask for more. If you try and get a refund because they lied they will not give you a full refund. Also if you speak to the higher ups to report their staff lying they will tell you to prove it. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS
