I ordered two (fairly expensive) items and was charged for the both of them. It took nearly a month but they arrived- only one item arrived, the smaller of the two. I was not warned of this and I have no clue where my other item is. Will not ever buy again. Contacted customer support but have no reply.

I've ordered 4 things from this company over 2 months ago and they have not delivered it and on top of that they gave me a fake tracking number do not buy from this company they are a scam

This company has not delivered my watercolour pencils in over a month I was told they had arrived in Vancouver a month ago. I need them to finish some intricate details on a painting but they took my money won't deal with them again

This site is absolute garbage. I saw them on Instagram, with a pretty nice necklace (although, after reading the reviews on this site, I'm sure it'll be garbage). I decided to spend $25.00 to order it (at the end of June) and it has yet to arrive. I'm very annoyed, and customer service has yet to reply.

It says "only X left" on every item, yet when you open in a new browser suddently their stock fills back up...

I bought the body-chan model from Sugar and Cotton. Contrary to almost everyone else's reviews, mine came on time (The website told me 3-5 weeks and it came in about 4). The box was slightly tattered, but it did not really matter since it was only the packaging. The model was smaller than advertised however no pieces were missing and it seemed to be of decent quality. The piece that is supposed to fit into the model's back did not quite fit, however the package came with other options for holding the model. If your vision is not the best, I would not recommend this because the pieces are a little small- personally though, the size doesn't really bother me. Overall, I like what I ordered from Sugar and Cotton. While I do wish the quality was a little better for the price I paid, I needed something to get me to draw more and this was a good inspiration.
Edit: Her chest keeps falling off.. I'll have to superglue it back on. Changed my review from a three star to a two.

This place is complete garbage ! The beautiful piece that was advertised was definitely NOT what I received. The rag they sent me was a laughable knockoff at best and resembled a bad Halloween costume. They have yet to respond to my multiple attempts to contact them. What a joke ! Lesson learned !

I purchased a hoodie and it was not the size or colour I ordered.

I bought two Body-Kuns, one male and one female.

Delivery time came as a surprise to me, as they where advertised as "X number of these left!", so I assumed they had them ready to go - Putting the estimated delivery time of 3-5 weeks in the FAQ and order confirmation feels like they're afraid of putting that information on the product itself.

Delivery was as the FAQ said, and tracking worked ok.

The product is lacking. The male body-kun is ok, he has more mass and feels sturdy enough for the price point. The female one feels extremely flimsy, the casting of the hole in the back is poor so I can't fit mine to the holder unless I were to file the hole in her back cleaner. One of her toe parts is also casted poorly, so I will need to clean that up so it can move like her other foot. One of her ankles is also poorly fitted, the ring segment is crooked and with some use I think the foot part will just fall off.

If it were a local store, I would probably have returned the female model immediately.

I bought a body kun figure from this site. Their tracking service wasn't the best and when I got my figure which I had originally assumed was 7inches came in at about 5. It was quite cheaply made and some of the additional parts are either extremely hard to attach or fall off easily. It wasn't sturdy enough to hold some of the props and the colour that was named "wood" is actullay a skin colour. I'm very disappointed in quality as well as discription of the item.

If you bought the worst hoodie ever and paid via PayPal, don't bother dealing with S&C customer service. Just file a complaint with PayPal and you'll get a refund. No need to send any photos or jump through hoops.

I ordered a ring I saw online, and I got notified it would be a bit of a wait. It arrived yesterday and is beautiful, just like the picture and a perfect fit! I would definitely order from them again!

Garbage. NOT what I ordered, not what was pictured. Stay away from this trashy Chinese site. Huge scam like the rest of it's kind. F-ing garbage. I ALWAYS do my research and the first time I don't I get burned. My fault but businesses like this should be shut down in North America. Bought two pairs of my item, one for a gift. I wouldn't even give these to someone I didn't like. OMG.

I also ordered that DREADFUL hoodie. I saw the reviews on here and even though i had already contacted Sugar and Cotton customer service (who never responded) I decided not to wait. I went straight to paypal and opened a dispute. And surprise, surprise. Sugar and Cotton refunded me 3 days later without any of the BS that other customers below had to go through. I still don't know where to return this damn hoodie to as there is no return address just a factory in China.
So my advice. If you paid by Paypal, don't hang around, open a dispute today!

It comes as no surprise that my experience was exactly the same as everyone else. I ordered the black hoodie that everyone was going nuts over, and as I suspected, the hoodie is NOT AT ALL like what you purchase. What's worse is that when you order it using your PayPal, there is no confirmation, no email login, no return slip, no order number. When you go to complain, they ask you for this information. This is how they're getting away with not honoring their "Money Back Guarantee". Communication takes 2 days for a reply. I have sent them photo proof of my item, and the Chinese packaging. I was told by one of the customer service responders that the photos are enough proof for me to receive a full refund. The next email I received was from "April" who asked me what my email or order number is.

I bought a hoodie that was supposed to be cotton blend. It looked edgy in the product photo, and was on sale, originally priced at $140, so I thought for 38 bucks it was worth a go. Sadly, when I got the hoodie I found that NO ONE in their right mind would ever pay $140. It was polyester, poorly designed- it looked like a bag of rags, smelled odd and the stitching was just awful. It was supposed to be 'soft and warm' but this was neither, it was mass produced S**** from China and looked like a cheap Halloween costume, a la SCREAM. I'm trying to return it, but as I can see by the number of poor reviews for Sugar and Cotton, I might have a hard time. I've gone straight to Paypal and opened a dispute.

UPDATE: My paypal dispute was settled after 3 DAYS and I got a full refund straight away. I have not been sent any info on returning the ghastly hoodie. However today I actually got my first email from customer service about my original complaint 10 days after I made it. They obviously have no idea I was already refunded. I will NEVER buy from Sugar and Cotton again.

I wish I could give zero stars. My boyfriend bought me a set of watercolor brush pens from S&C for my birthday. Here's the scammy parts:

1. Supposedly originally $140, on sale for $39.99
2. Supposedly only 7 left, and 10 minutes left to buy them
3. Three glowing reviews, but nowhere to leave a review
4. "Extremely high demand: allow 2-4 weeks for shipping"

When they arrived, I realized these are cheap pens from China. Looked it up on AliExpress, they're about $6. No wonder they took 2-4 weeks to ship, definitely not due to "extremely high demand." Two weeks after buying, the arbitrary limited quantity and time limit are still there at 4 left and 15 minutes to buy. Why would there be a time limit anyway??? Makes zero sense.

I fell for all of it, so feel free to call me an idiot. I was sick at the time and really loved the pictures, so I convinced my boyfriend to buy them.

Oh, and the kicker? One of the pens was cracked and has leaked everywhere. Yeah. Originally wasn't going to return them, but now I definitely am.

So a friend thought that the cute black hoodie that is all over the internet right now would be perfect for me. So about a month ago it was ordered and today it came in.

It is not at all what I expected. On this site it says that this is a cotton blend. True. But it's polyester. The most unbreathable material ever. It does not stretch and it's kinda heavy. The tag says wash separately. But dry cleaning is recommended. Cotton blend on the site says to most people that you can wash it at home. And with very little issues... But That doesnt look like the case. The seams arent straight. There are threads hanging off the seams as well and it is not well constructed.

The picture looks like a nice cotton and stretch material that looks cozy. This is nothing like that. There is a drawstring around the neck in the photo... Not on this one.

Super disappointed. My friend who ordered it is super disappointed as well.

I have been waiting for the watercolour brush pens since early May, I decided to wait to see if they arrived but never did despite them saying it had been shipped. Very annoyed i spent £40 here - absolute JOKE of a website. They look pro and sleek but their management and service is obviously appalling. I have emailed them today and will be hoping for a refund or the goods ASAP. Do not order - they are a SCAM.

SCAM - Do not send them money!!!Never received item. I tried to resolve issue by email. Superslow in response from them. They then asked why I was writing them. I thought that was a joke because I clearly told the company I never received the item. Then slow response again from them saying "it was not within their timeframe to refund."
