Ordered a hoodie from this company. They advertise a shipping time of 5 weeks, no big deal - ordered 19th July, received... 28th of October. That'd after several contacts with them. They told me 3 times they had shipped a parcel, but the tracking details always showed up as invalid, they only worked with the last shipment. I strongly suspect the first two shipments were fake.

Once I received the hoodie, impression confirmed - it's nothing like the photo, and it's not even a hoodie. The material is so thin that it's effectively a baggy, poor quality dress. It bears almost no relation to the photo save colour. Stay away from this site!

Okay so after reading all these comments I was really worried about ordering from them previously as it has taken a while for my order to come , to be fair they told me 4-5 weeks and I would say 4 which I can't complain about so I'm happy that I can comment on here with a positive review. I bought 2 pairs of socks from an add of instagram and they arrived today , they look exactly as advertised , only reason for the 4* is that they expensive for socks, but their quirky and will make a perfect Christmas present ! I suppose speak as you find, like I said I thought after reading the reviews I was putting it down to a bad experience. But thumbs up thanks sugar and cotton 👍

I made the mistake of ordering a Body-Kun Models for Artists - Male - Wood from Sugar & Cotton on Aug 14th of 2017. What I received was a Body-Kun Models for Artists - Male - Orange. When I contacted Sugar & Cotton to inform them of their mistake I was informed that the model was not real wood and therefore I was only going to get the rather hideous orange thing they had sent.

After 12 emails spanning 2 and a half months, they chose to refund my money rather than send me what I had repeatedly asked for and paid for, ie, Body-Kun Models for Artists - Male - Wood. When I explained over and over again that I was aware it wasn't wood but since that was how it was labeled that was how I was referring to it they not only refused to send what I had ordered but insisted that since I did not know or understand what I had ordered that I wasn't getting what I had in fact ordered and paid for.

As far as I'm concerned they are the worst kind of scam artists and should not only have their customer service department overhauled but should be forced to give their customers what they order and pay for.

I do not and will not recommend them to anyone.

Even if my item arrived after more than a month (they say this on the website too), the product looked just like the pictures presented. I also contacted the support once and they politely replied the day after. Overall it was a good experience.

I received all of the products I ordered but the clothing fabrics were nothing like the photographs. All polyester, synthetics. Good designs but very cheap and nasty fabrics. Bad fit and strange sizings. Definitely not the same products that are in the adds. Very disappointed. Maybe you are not aware that the products being sent are not the same as the pictures on your site. I will not waste my money on this site again. Sorry.

I ordered the asymmetric hoodie, when it arrived it was a mess--completely mis-sized, sleeves too long, underarms too tight, the rest of it too big, cheap fabric, absolutely unwearable. I was pretty upset and really wanted this item to work as a fall comfortable and cozy item of outerwear. I wrote a terrible review...BUT

Editing my review to a more positive place because the customer service and response I received was wonderful--and I received a prompt refund. This is a company that appears to be trying to do better!

I would not do business with this company again if you stuck a red hot poker up my a**. They, and rightly so, being an internet company, require that you pay for an item instantly. However, once you have paid, they direct you to their "F&Q" section of their website that says their shipping could take 6-8 weeks. 6 to 8 weeks ... in this day and age. Maybe when I was a kid in the 50's. And, you have to pay for shipping. So lets recap, I ordered 1 pair of socks with a funny phrase on the bottom. Total weight . . . maybe 2 ounces. I paid for the socks AND shipping. Then I informed that they are being shipped from
China and it could take 6 to 8 weeks ( it actually took 10). No thanks in the future.

I ordered unicorn brushes. It took a long time to get here to Canada... maybe 2-3 months??? I found out I could've bought it for much cheaper elsewhere.

I purchased a male and female body chan/kun figure, and I'm disappointed and annoyed to say the least. I wish I had done my research before being lured in by a facebook ad. They are selling cheaply made fakes. The female figure's torso popped open with almost no agitation. The joints are stiff and hard to move in some places, and are loose and don't hold position in others. When you touch the figurines, you can feel how fragile they are; I was afraid to break something, so I used a delicate touch, but despite my efforts, not even 10 minutes later, the shoulder joint popped out and the torso popped open. These figures are also incapable of achieving many of the poses pictured in the brochure. Their joints just don't bend the way they should. The stand provided doesn't support the weight of the figures. I could have ordered these from China myself for 10 bucks on amazon and recieved the same products, but instead sugarandcotton undeservedly has 80 dollars of my money. Their entire website presentation screams scam, and I'm annoyed that I didn't catch on until it was too late. There's constant fake 'sale' notifications appearing at the bottom to make it look like they have real customers, and all their products are always almost out of stock (hurry! Buy now! Only 3 left!). And their reviews are generic, unsigned, and clearly taken from legitimate seller's pages. Don't be fooled. Stay away!

Scammers fake reviews, fake sales, fake products ... multicolour rose seeds seriously. Paypal gave me my money back . They have a lot of complaints about this company on file.

Don't order from this company, you'll never receive your order. Their MO is the same. You order, product never arrives, when you contact the company they apologize and offer to resend. But, you never get your order, then they say it's been too long to refund. This is a scam. They are thieves.

Absolute unprofessional garbage. Ordered a hoodie with the complete understanding it would take 3-5 weeks to ship. First, received the tracking information for a completely different package that was shipped and delivered to a different state. Upon contacting them, was given a new tracking number to a package that hadn't even shipped yet.

Supposedly an attempt was made to deliver this new package six weeks from the original order date, but the tracking information showed no access to the building, which is a blatant lie as the apartment entryway is always open. Supposedly the hoodie would be sent out again the next business day, but it has been five business days and I have heard nothing. I don't know the shipping company that was used and I have NO WAY to contact them to arrange for a pickup.

I did not order using Registered Mail. There should be no need for a signature. I have emailed to ask for a refund, but if that should fail, I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse payment. Avoid this company like the plague.

Edit: You can apologize if you like. That doesn't change that when I asked for a refund, I was not given one. I have gone through my credit card company to obtain one, since after three attempts to correct this issue, I have nothing to show for the money you were paid.

I ordered an item 4 months ago, they provided me with a fake tracking number. I have emailed their customer support asking for a refund and nobody has called me back. They are nothing more than internet scammers, not a legitimate business.

This site is completely fake. Bought an expensive jewellery from here through instagram which never got delivered even 5 months later.
