What a joke this company is. They bill your credit card up front, say it has “shipped”3 days later, when in fact whatever you bought is still in China. This company is nothing more than a poorly run logistics company, which should put their efforts into “curating” a more efficient procurement and shipping process. Still do not have my rolling pin that I had hoped to use by now. NEVER WILL MAKE A PURCHASE AGAIN HERE

Ordered on Nov 17. Have received no shipping notification. Did promptly get a "thank you" and discount code but can't log in to website with
my email and password. Used stated email address several times but mail was rejected. Glad I used Paypal if dispute is needed. Guess Amazon Prime has me spoiled!

Very pleased with Christmas rolling pin took 3weeks from order to me as stated when purchasing, looking forward to the several other items I have ordered from them

The ring I ordered took about a month to get here. Not too bad. They kept saying they sent me a shipping number but they never did. The ring is garbage. Not at all as described when I ordered it. Cheap and ugly. Go somewhere else...

Placed an order in October-they charged my account the same day. It has been 6 weeks and I have contacted them 3 times with no response. These people should be ashamed of themselves.

Took over a month to receive the rings that I ordered, and when I finally did, only 1 out of the 3 things that I ordered were in the package.

Not to mention the fact that I couldn't even track the package and when I did look at the tracking number, the USPS site said that the tracking number didn't exist.

Crooks. I ordered a ring for my neice's birthday months ago. I got an email saying the item had shipped and there was a live link to a tracking number. Every time I've tracked the shipment, it's still in the same location in China. I've emailed Sugar and Cotton's customer service several times. Each time, I'm told "It's on the way, be patient, please read the shipping details on our site". I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund my money as the order had already been processed. These people are crooks and running a dubious online store. They're posting endless sponsored ads on Pinterest. DO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

While I did not keep the two asymmetric hoodies that I ordered (sizing was way off), I am extremely impressed with how polite, helpful and well the S&C team handled everything. From A to Z, they were awesome and their handling of my refund was swift and sincerely appreciated...making their 5 star rating WELL EARNED!
Will definitely shop with them again!

A month ago I had purchased a rose gold ring from sugar and cotton. I had sent them an email stating I couldn'tsee any updates on my products whereabouts on their tracking site. I was later sent an email stating that it takes 3-5 weeks and was given a new link to track my product. However no progress of my package was made. I am highly disappointed with the feedback of sugar and cotton.

Horrible communication and shipping. Apparently it’s being shipped from another country and they are incapable of professional tracking!

I saw an ad for one of their products (a holiday imprinted rolling pin) on Pinterest. I wished I looked at the reviews here before purchasing.

I purchased a gift for my sister in-law. They said they shipped and gave me a tracking number that makes no sense. I’ve contacted them about 5 times now and just keep getting cookie cutter responses with no real tracking information.

I’m wondering if my sister in-law will ever get her gift and if it will be of decent quality considering the poor communication from this company.

Shop around if you want what your seeing on the S&C site, as there is clearly some serious issues with this company.
If you see something you like on the S&C site, right click the image and 'Search Google for Image'. You will generally see the same picture on many websites including sites like Aliexpress, Gearbest, Banggood, Amazon, Ebay etc
In most cases it will be cheaper on these sites, more trusted and more secure payment methods. Dont buy it from these people who hike up the price something terrible and have some dodgy customer service and delivery issues.

I was going to order a Moon Lamp after seeing it on Pinterest. There is a countdown of 23 mins saying only 7 left in stock. Curious, I watched the countdown to zero, refreshed my browser and lo and behold, only 7 left in stock again and 23 mins to go. Stock counts down from 7-2 the next time. Refreshed browser and guess what? Only 7 left in stock again . So....... as I dont like being treated like a fool, I shall not order from this company. Try it yourself

I understand that a company has to make a profit but this company is simply disgusting in their greed. It goes beyond capitalism into what I'd label as actual scamming of the gullible and easily led.

This tat is stuff I buy from china for my stall...each jewellery item is less than a pound...the tentacle rings for example can be bought for 23p...not wholesale but individually for this price.

The markups here are astounding in their sheer greed.

Also they have a 2 to 4 week delivery time so it seems like they are actually dropshipping from china direct which makes it all even worse as they dont even pay out for the stock in advance.

Im all for making a profit but selling things that cost 23p for 75 quid? Thats taking things to extreme.

I was pleasantly surprised with Sugar and Cotton. After reading the reviews, I was nervous to order from the company, but I figured that the ring I was ordering was only 9 dollars, so it was worth a shot. And this ring is AMAZING! It was only 9 dollars. The quality is really great and I received the item in 2 weeks, which is a bit long, but defiantly worth the wait. I have gotten many compliments and everyone who has seen it has thought it was an expensive ring from Pandora, 10/10 would recommend!

The item is taking too long time to arrive

I bought a jacket was supposed to be a mens large which I have always taken but when I received my order I found the jacket wouldn't even fit a 5 yo boy never mind me do not shop here

I order a ring on sugar and cotton from Pakistan , payment is been detected and after 48 hours i still not get any confirmation email or text , Very Disappointed !

I had ordered a ring on the store. The wait time was 2-4 weeks and it came as soon as it hit 4 weeks.
When it came for the product to be delivered, I got an email stating that it could not be delivered to the address that I had specified and that I had to physically collect it from the collection point. If that was the case, they could have simply told me to change the delivery address for their parameter.
In addition to that, the product I had purchased was said to have 'Free' shipping. However, when the item came and I was to collect it, I had to pay charges for keeping it in the collection center. There is ultimately no point of claiming for free shipping.
Although the product was good, the process of getting the item was indeed a hassle.

Ah, was about to place a couple of orders when I goggled for reviews. Appalling to hear multiple responses criticising the company. Not going to take any chance with an order or use the company at all. Thankful for reviewers.

I have ordered a couple of things from this company and have been very happy with what I received. The products were what I had ordered and were in good condition when they arrived, and the length of time for them to arrive was very reasonable given I live in NZ.
