I love Sugarwish
I’ve been sending gifts through Sugarwish for the past 2 years—and can’t say enough good things about them. So easy to send and everyone loves getting a Sugarwish!
What a rip-off. $9 per cookie.
What a rip-off. My company sent me the small (4 choice) cookie gift box. I was excited to get it. I logged on and ordered my 4 types of cookies. So far so good. Here's the deal breaker, it cost my company $36 and I received only 4 cookies. Granted there were 4 types, but the total amount of cookies received was 4. That makes the price per cookie $9. I would think for that price, you'd get may-be a half dozen of each cookie type, but no. I receive only 4 cookies total. Not only that, but I only received 3 of my 4 choices. The 4th was a flavor I would never want to try. Overall too expensive (for my company) and I didn't get what I ordered.
Amazing service
Amazing service! We ordered over 100 gifts within a week and our rep, Leeann was top-notch. The feedback we received from clients was fantastic. We will use Sugarwish again. :)
This is a scam - horrible small and cheap items
Horrible small products. I got two soda cups with popcorn in them of the size of Taco Bell soda. I know my company paid $25 to send us these. It took 10 days to deliver. I did not try them yet nor will I try as I feel this is already a joke and a scam. I can not believe that someone is scamming people at Christmas time. After receiving the invitation to select my items I was naive enough to send a gift from this company to someone else thinking it was a good idea. I am now embarrased of what that someone else will receive.
Amazing gift!
I bought the 8 nights of Chanukah package for my son and his partner and they LOVED it! They got to choose their own gifts and bought the Coffee gifts and they are so happy. Best gift ever!
I was looking for a last-minute gift…
I was looking for a last-minute gift for my remote team and stumbled upon Sugarwish via a review on CNN. The site is super easy to navigate and decided I gave it a try (pricepoints were great). The thank you notes from my team really made it a full circle gift. Perfect solution!
Nasty gift.
We have decided to cut ties with the company that sent us these. Pretty much everything tasted awful, like the cheapest garbage store brand snacks. Stale smelly and with nasty ingredients. The lack of judgement from the vendor that sent these as a gift was enough for us to severe the business relationship. These would be better suited for sending to your competitors or enemies.
MASSIVELY overpriced
MASSIVELY overpriced. Received a cookie and hot cocoa (that cost $25) and the cookie was no better than the cookies sold by Walmart bakery. These kinds of shops only exists because corporations are too lazy to do real employee appreciation.
Really cool concept EXTREMELY OVERPRICED
Really cool concept but holy crap. $88 for 12 cookies????????? Wow. I found Snackmagic and they are much accommodating to dietary needs, FAR more reasonably priced and the selection is out of this world.
Not What I Ordered and Past Best By Date
My company gave us a sugarwish gift. I ordered mine at the same time as everyone else. I received mine almost a month after everyone else, having first received a 'your item cannot be shipped at this time' email. I opened the box. The cookies had arrived on the "best by" date. I had ordered double chocolate chunk. I received a sugar cookie and something with a brown filling that had the texture of a gummi and the flavor of disgusting.
Picture waking up half asleep
Picture waking up half asleep, opening some coffee that someone gave to you(from sugarwish), grinding it, making it, sitting down, then spitting it out. One long wasted effort- this company sucks
I got popcorn as a gift from my…
I got popcorn as a gift from my employer. The popcorn was stale and smelly and soft. Awful!!!!
Quantities vary...
Sugar wish offers a variety of tasty treats in a lovely package. Unfortunately, I found the quantities offered per gift size, somewhat misleading. For example, if you opt to purchase a "large" gift ($56) for the recipient, the site indicates it includes (8) treat options. However, this does NOT hold true if they select popcorn. They will only receive (4) popcorn snacks, each of which are packaged in a fairly small (<4 in?) container. I feel the company could improve transparency on this matter. For me, spending $56 for such a limited quantity of products didnt feel like a good value. I enjoy supporting new businesses, but I am more likely to go back to previous stores I've purchased from that offer a similar service.
Site failures and lack of support
Site failed to allow me to reset my password (kept saying 'Invalid Credentials' after three attempts where the new password met their requirements). Hit the chat icon (which also said 'Chat' at the top) only to learn that drops a message to someone to get back to me later. Not waiting around - taking my business elsewhere.
