Ordered two pair of shorts because the ad that I read said they were made in Alabama and shipped within 24 hours or something like that. I bought two pair of shorts for a vacation that I was going on a month later the short showed up I was already on the trip. I’ve been trying to send them back for quite some time with no response from the company buyer be aware I would not purchase again

It’s a Scam! Ordered a pair of shorts and never received. Customer service only via email chat. Just told me to keep waiting for the item and refused to refund my money!

This company is a Chinese firm. The shipping supposedly is from Husdow Technology Company from Europe. The shipping took over a month and the shirts are poor quality fabric that is uncomfortable to wear. The size lists as XL but is too small. Their customer service is a joke to deal with telling me to keep the shirts and they’ll give me $7 back on $52 spent? The shipping label however says NY. Do not buy anything they sell. All is absolute garbage

As claims product is made in Kentucky USA and ships within 25 hours. Product is NOT made in USA. The two shirts I received do not have a country of origin or material makeup. My order shipped from the Country of Paraguay. I attempted to cancel within minutes of placing the order. The order confirmation was from China. The sizes are also wrong. The (2) xl shirts are large short at best. Pathetically Facebook sees no issue with this advertisement. PayPal is also dragging their feet. Note to self-don’t buy from Facebook advertisers

I usually do not write reviews but this experience warrants it. This company is a complete joke! Items were charged to my credit card from a foreign company, was charged for the exchange rate but the items shipped from Long Island?? The clothing is absolutely deplorable! The shorts are completely see through....literally. The graphics are poor, the items do not fit properly. This company is an absolute scam!

BEWARE, this company is a SCAM. They ship from China, yet they say the clothing is made in the USA. My credit card was charged to a company based in the UK. I paid for overnight shipping 9 days ago, still no status. They give a fraudulent tracking sight with no details on the shipper.

I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase. None of the clothes fit to American standards and these id10ts offered me $27 as a refund when I spent way more than that. I'm tired of getting ripped off by foreign companies. This is pure bs.

This company is full of Sh__!!!!! They tell their clothing is made in KENTUCKY USA!!!!! My order is being shipped from Italy???????. Then it only list part of my order not the whole order. They charged my card more than what the order was ! The CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number is no good (321) 893-3246. This world is turning to S__T, everywhere you turn SCAMS LIES B.S.

This is a scam. I ordered my 2 pair of shorts a month & a half ago. Never got them. They set up a fake tracking service but never got further than Loa Angeles. First it took almost 2 weeks just to get out of Spain. Still today no shorts & when I have tried to communicate I get nothing. DO NOT buy from them

Made in USA. NOT!!! It was shipped from Denmark. Crappy material. The XL shorts wouldn't fit my 8 year old granddaughter. And still missing an item. Never again!!!

Overpriced. Quality, sizing not good. Might want to order at least one size smaller. They will not exchange and the product takes 2 weeks to be delivered from overseas. Shop elsewhere!

I ordered an XL t-shirt and when it arrived I was thinking what kid I could give this to. The true size was actually closer to a medium- small. The other collared shirt had shoulders that came down to just below the shoulder, like a woman's cut. NOT TRUE TO SIZE!

Added: As you can see, even the positive reviews say shipping takes along time to arrive. Look where the reviews say they come from. Regarding my order of two shirts and a hat, they said they checked the warehouse and "the proper order was shipped"and offered me 5 "US" dollars. No appeal. Pay the price and roll the dice. Still waiting for the 5 "US" dollars.... Good luck.

Products not as shown on site. Poor quality, one shirt was stitched inside out so excess material on the outside where sleeves attach. Took 5 weeks to arrive from Italy - not made in USA, just passes through a Chinese company in Chicago. Contacted customer support with photos, they denied there was a problem although clearly shown in photos. They offered me $7 goodwill!! All these positive reviews are AI generated, you can tell by the english!

Astoria NY 11105. Only imported goods come into these Shipping centers. The Tage doesn't sat where its made or what it's made of it just says the size of the shirt and that is very shady. Plus I was supposed to get it fir 27.99 plus tax and it turned into 32.99. I messaged them about ut and got no response. Terrible customer service and lies it's not American made shirt. Now the shirt quality is decent buy I have no idea the material it's made if. Sketchy shady company not American made buyers beware. Plus they charge you more thsn they say.

Horrible quality!!! Please don’t spend your money here! Raw edge on the shorts I purchased and the material is soooo thin.

We purchased shirts, shorts and hats from Suibstantial clothing. Some of The clothing we recieved looked nothing like the pictures on the website. We notified the company of our problems and they offered us a 4$ USD refund. The clothes are shipped from the UK and any returns are cost prohibitive. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Update: it’s been over a month and still not received…
All these bogus reviews are AI generated. Ordered 3 weeks before 4th of July and still says on truck in Ireland???? I’m in USA and said they were made in USA???
Will be reporting fraud to AMEX.

Here’s the last email I got:
We checked that your package logistics status has been updated.
Now the package logistics status is: transit.
“ Detail status of the logistics:Listowel,V31 X067,Ireland,The shipment is in transit in Ireland.”

You can tell these positive reviews are fake. The Chinese are hiring people to write reviews using perfect sentence structure. We don't talk like that online. The negative reviews are at the bottom. I too ordered mine about 3 weeks ago for 4th of July.. still nothing but an updated shipping status of.. they are being inspected at Denmark customs. What a effing joke! The ad said made and shipped from Kentucky. I feel like a dumbass. Never ordering off my Facebook feed again.

I ordered the distressed we the people shorts, they fit fine, it took a month to get, and they look brand new not distressed like the picture at all. Terrible
