Bought 2 leather sofas 2 years ago. Leather is peeling off on both sofas and springs are uncomfortable on one of the sofas. Contacted Gary at the store he asked me to send photos, which I did. I asked him if the sofas were aniline or whether he’d sold us bonded leather. He insisted they were aniline. I contacted Gary again to check he’d received my email and to see what he thought. He agreed that it wasn’t right and told me he’d contact the manufacturer. Heard nothing from him, even though I’ve emailed again. Very poor service and the leather sofas are of inferior quality. Would not recommend this company.
Very helpful, excellent service. Bought the sofa on a Sunday, had it delivered on Monday. Would recommend them.
My sofa was delivered very quickly but I am not happy with it at all, as soon as you sit on it the cushions fall off, as advised I have tried many different velcros and have spent out nearly £30 trying to keep them on. Called and complained to be told it's the style of sofa as it has only one arm (jumbo cord corner sofa) many people I know with the same style sofa don't have this issue. The company are very polite but I im still paying for something I'm very unhappy with.
Gary is a very friendly, pleasant and helpfull sales man.
the worse sofa company ever I would never recommend them they have very bad customer service they are very rude they have tried to intimidate my mum and i have made numerous attempts to try and get matters resolved but we have been ignored very bad company
