The delivery driver was so pleasant and helpful and put the chair exactly where it is needed. Never had such wonderful treatment from any delivery driver before. Very good man. Delivered on 6.6.2024.

This was the second office chair that we bought from Summitathome. The ordering process was really easy.
Pleased with the chair, when it eventually arrived.
I think there must have been a problem with our order because I had to chase it up. The company could improve their communications.

The order process on the website was straightforward. Unfortunately, I was not notified before delivery and the chair had to go to my neighbours. The actual chair seems pretty good after a few days use.

My new chair was delivered yesterday. The whole process was very efficient and I am pleased with my purchase.

Ordering very easy and product is so comfortable and looks great. Really good service except delivery information not great. My order information not updated to give any delivery information. An email enquiry gave me a date so I stayed home all day and nothing arrived. Chair arrived the next morning and luckily I was in.

Only had the chair for a week but early indications are good! Very well made and comfy chair.hopefully it will prove to be durable.....

Bought a chair in March 2022. Arrived assembled which was great. It wasn't super comfortable but I figured I'd probably just need to get used to it. 9 months on it's only gotten worse, to the point that I can really only use it for an hour or two before I need a break.

I am now looking at buying a brand new chair elsewhere. For the price I'd want not to do that. The 5 year guarantee is great but there's nothing "wrong" with the chair other than that it's really not comfortable. Such a shame as the reviews are great and I really thought I was onto a winner.

Chair is of good quality and came assembled which was a lovely surprise. However, the delivery time was longer than expected - more updates would have helped. That said, we will use your services again.

Swift delivery, exactly as ordered, comfortable chair. The pop-up decision-making tool on the summit at home website was very helpful.

I'm quite dissapointed in the chair, I'm 1.78m tall yet the adjustment levers need very long arms to reach. The height adjustment is really awkward to use, it throws you down suddenly with a bump if you pull lever whilst sitting in chair and really fiddly to adjust back up other than top or bottom of adjustment. Sitting in chair for 4 hours is about its limit for me as it's too uncomfortable.
I would not buy this chair again!

Brilliant chairs and very comfortable perfect for working at the desk all day. Summit also gave us a really good service, was very helpful in choosing the right chairs for us and making sure they were delivered when we needed them with a next day courier. Quick delivery although unexpected as I had been told I would be advised when delivery likely - luckily I was in!

I searched on line for an Inflexion Executive chair. Rang Summit who put me in touch with Summit at home. Both departments very knowledgeable and helpful. Bought the chair. it arrrived quickly, nicely wrapped and in perfect condition. The new DSE user in the office loves it!

Very pleased with the Tulip chair we ordered for the office. It isn't the colour we expected (it's lighter, and "pinker" than the darker purple we expected from looking at colours on the website), but it's fine. Customer service was very good. Delivery on time: the delivery man called to say he was on his way which was very helpful.

Excellent chair very comfortable. Delivery great and that it was already put together so no assembly required.

We've had Summit chairs since 2002 and they are always good. This one is a basic workstation operator's chair and it does the job, controls, padding and the backrest is so easily adjustable. Delivery was very speedy and at the time we were given. Very happy sitters! We carry out DSE assessments and from experience I can and do recommend Summit.
