Excellent service and great chair
Excellent service and great chair. I phoned Summit at Home & they sent me 3 fabric swatches so I could choose the best colour and feel the material. Delivery was on time, by their own van. I didn't have to dispose of packing material.
The Inflexion chair is wonderfully comfortable with multiple adjustments. It is sturdy and looks as though it will wear well. I am delighted with the quality, and wish I hadn't put up with a dining room chair at my desk for so long.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. Your cushion is so thin that I can feel the metal below.The worst part is the arm rest, they are so thin and sharp that it’s only a matter of time that the fabric will split and so uncomfortable to rest my arms.
All in all , a shabby and a cheap job.

The chair is excellent but the delivery not so good. I had been informed by email it would arrive between 9am and 12 noon and I confirmed this was fine. In the shower at 7.20am on the morning of the delivery and I heard the phone ringing. I took the message and the delivery driver was outside! I phoned him to say he'd have to hang on for a few minutes whilst I sorted myself out. He was very pleasant and apologetic but he hadn't been informed of my delivery schedule. If I'd been told it was coming that early I would have been ready. It's not just the customers who need the delivery schedule!
