I thought I knew what I wanted and then ......
I ordered one tent but when it arrived I realised that it wasn't what I was looking for (I thought it had a couple of design/build flaws) and so after discussing this with Anna, the tent was returned. The tent went missing on the return trip and the courier told me that it was left with a neighbouring business, that turned out to be incorrect and after a few emails/telephone calls (with Anna and Justin) it was eventually found.
I then ordered a replacement which arrived within days. This is the first time that I've used Summits but based on the experience, I will definitely use them again.

Was looking for some hard-to-find items for a multi-day mountain backpacking trip.
Great communication and advice from Summits.
I had not used them before but they are now my go-to.
In these days when most shops are owned by faceless multinationals it is a lovely change to deal with a friendly, knowledgeable and independent expert organisation.

Speedy delivery and very good price

Great boots, great service
I ordered Sprayway leather walking boots from Summits as they were a good price. Knowing Sprayway can come up small, I was able to order both size 4 and 5 to try on at home. I recommend buying the size up.
The boots arrived promptly, returning the smaller boots was simple and refund very quick. All in all, very comfortable walking boots and great service from Summits. Cannot fault, would definitely use again.
