Knowledgeable, helpful staff
Staff were very knowledgeable on products and offered good advice based on my requirements with no pressure to buy there and then. I left to give it further consideration and later made a purchase online and collected from store which was convenient and easy.

This is how online purchasing should be! Simple straightforward ordering and delivery. Saw a great tent, at a very good price. Ordered it. Arrived a few days later. Minimum emails without any fuss.

Have used Summits multiple times but never had to deal with customer support before so couldn’t really rate the company. However last week I ordered a tent, it arrived quickly as always but it had a fault from the factory, Summits were super helpful and replaced the tent hassle free. Highly rated.
