This company kept me updated on every step of the shipping process. Their website is clear.

I like Sundried and have recommended it to quite a few cyclists. The gear is good quality and looks great on when you can find the right size.

I've fed back to the company directly they need to offer more products, it's very limited at the moment.

I love that they are an ethical company with vegan products, however recently disappointed that they are leafleting within packaging a company selling animal products. I wrote to Sundried to explain this and got a very snotty response, which has soured my experience a bit.

Prompt delivery, quick returns and quick refund when I wanted to change the size and return an item. Quality product.

Really nice quality cycling jerseys that last well and are lightweight but robust. The colours and designs look good in the flesh too.
I needed to return one for a different size and the customer service was very good, with direct contact with someone who was happy to help me out. Well recommended.

I've bought a few items from Sundried over the years, and have always been very pleased with fit, fabric and quality.

I am 5'11'' male, weigh 11st10lbs and would describe myself as slim to medium build. My chest is 38". According to the cycling wear size guide I needed a medium size shirt but when I tried it on it was far too tight for me and I have had to replace it with a large. Lovely shirt though and I will definitely be ordering another now that I know what size I need.

Fantastic customer service I purchased a medium long sleeve cycle jersey and replaced it for a large one. The replacement came back in a week excellent service no hassle.

Great products but when items are faulty they don't want to know or replace. Buyers beware!!

I bought a pair of leggings using a promo code, so only cost about £16.

However, they do roll down at the waistband during wor k outs.

One of the reasons I tried Sundried was that they were a UK company. I was disappointed that the leggings were made in China, which I should probably have researched more prior to purchase.

Purchased a pair of running shoes, which were a good deal cheaper than other brands - a couple of days of running on holiday and sitting in the sun and the sole detached (same place on both shoes), so straight into the bin. Disappointing as clearly defective manufacturing (bonding).

I did alert the supplier - but they were not interested and accused me of using the shoes in water, not surprising as they are super-defensive in their responses to less than positive feedback.

You get what you pay for I guess.

I received an email from Aimee on the day I was due to get my purchase to advise that there had been a problem with the courier picking it up so I wasn't going to be receiving it that day. Aimee advised that my delivery charge would be refunded.

I think this was an exceptional gesture and the communication I received was top drawer! I will happily shop with Sundried again and also would be happy to recommend them! Great job Aimee and team!!

Ordered a few items last minute for a run I was taking part in. Not long after placing my order I received a call informing me I had ordered 2 x medium items and 1 x small and asked if this was correct. It was a mistake on my part! The order was changed over the phone and sent out next day delivery for me Have never had customer service like this and it really impressed me. The clothing is top notch and I found it super comfortable running a 35 mile race in.Never had such comfortable running gear. Fully recommend!

I bought cycling shorts and gloves. The shorts were small and the gloves though right in the hand, too tight to get the elasticated wrist over my hand without ripping - unisex gloves...
So I rang and mentioned all this. Told to get the free Post Office label and return. Did this and the day they would have received the returned goods with my instructions, two things happened. Glove money went straight back to my PayPal account and next size shorts sent out by second class post. Two days later they arrived and fitted perfectly.
No grief, no endless emails, just a refund and prompt mailing of replacement shorts. Perfect response from SunDried. Thanks.

I recently ordered some cycling kit from sundried as their cycling clothing is my favourite. However, I recently moved to France where the taxes for anything coming from the UK is crazy high! I didn't realise that the taxes would be so high and sundried were so so kind to organise for my order to be delivered to my friends in the UK who can bring it out to me when they visit soon. They also noticed that one of my items was quite a difference size to the rest of my order and they kindly offered to change it. I was so impressed with their attention to detail and their kindness organising the change of delivery for my order. Definitely top quality customer service!
