The site visit was arranged quickly and James was very helpful and explained how the system would work and what was involved with fitting.
Day of instillation was uneventful. Technicians were polite and considerate. Done in 4-5 hours, power off for 30 mins.

Start to finish this was a great experience. A clear and honest quote based on assessment of the needs from the system and likely issues or not with installation. From then the paperwork was painless and the install dates offered were flexible. On the day 3 highly professional and friendly experts worked seamlessly together to achieve a great job that worked perfectly (apart from a glitch with my Wifi that Mason also spent ages trying to rectify and had more than one solution if we couldn't get it to work). I cannot say how positive an experience this was and now I am saving money on cheaper overnight electricity.

Jordan and Harry were with me last week to fit our battery system in our house, they both worked quickly and efficiently were very pleasant and polite. Left the property clean and tidy and gave me a full rundown of how the product worked.
The system itself a fox system is discreet and modern looking and does not look out of place. I'd have no hesitation in recommending sunergy renewables for your battery or battery and solar system. I look forward to having them back to do the work in our shop at a later date where we will be fitting another battery system.

Jordan and Harry installed my battery and inverter today. Service was excellent clean, tidy, polite and professional. They installed the app on my phone, set up and explained everything for me. I could not have asked for better service...well done Sunergy !

Gordon and Harry arrived well prepared to replace the inverter. Friendly lads, got on with the replacement and the job was completed in little over an hour. They set up an App on my mobile so I can see the performance of the solar panels - very interesting. Happy to recommend Sunergy Renewables. The 10 year warranty on the replacement is also a bonus.

Jordan visited from Sunergy to carry out an annual service inspection on our solar panel system at our Village Hall. Great service, very efficienct, explained everything and undertook a thorough job. Sorted out our dongle issue as well. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Sunergy.

I received a phone call from the installers a day before they came just to let me know they would be a little late arriving.
On arrival the lads were helpful and we agreed a place in the garage to site the battery. The installation went well and only took a few hours. The lads helped installing the Fox app on my phone and showed me how to use it. They left the job neat and tidy with all mess cleaned up and no empty packaging left behind. Great Job. The battery works great.

A great company to deal with, non of this pushy salesman tactics you get from some others which is why I chose these guys. Everything went well, everyone who came was on time, the lads who fitted my battery were very polite and professional and made a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I can’t fault a thing and would 100% recommend to anyone.

I got in contact with sunenergy about increasing my solar battery capacity, they came back with a competitive quote ,which I accepted ,date was agreed and they came bang on time did a great job all ,working fine ,very pleased.

I have just had Sunergy Renewables to fit additional solar batteries they arrived just after 9am explained where the batteries would be fitted and the quietly and efficiently carried out their business. With batteries fitted and all work left clean and tidy the guys explained where the batteries information was available on the app. I would recommend these guys

Contacted Sunergy and explained that we had a battery that needed replacing with a warranty item. Also asked if they could give advice on the installation and setup of the Solax invertor and App. Quote sent through immediately, accepted and date agreed. Work carried out very promptly and Mason and Jordan were a pleasure to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend.

Really impressed with the team from start to finish. The installation of our solar panels and battery storage was done to a very high standard — everything was neat, tidy, and clearly done with care.

We had a small software issue after the install, which was beyond their control, but they handled it brilliantly by liaising directly with the manufacturer and getting it sorted quickly. Their communication and support throughout were excellent.

The app they use to monitor the system is really simple and user-friendly, making it easy to track our energy generation and usage. Overall, couldn’t be happier — highly recommend this company!
