From the moment I found the Sunergy Renewables website and blog I knew they were different from the usual solar salesmen who claim to be experts, engineers, and everything else to make you hand over money.
I had a long telephone conversation with James whose honesty and expertise convinced me that Sunergy Renewables was the right company to install a solar battery to complement our 5 year old solar panels. I was even more pleasantly surprised to find the quote came in £5K cheaper that the repacked Chinese batteries that had being previously marketed to me as the "best on the world" without a shred of evidence.
The battery installation was seamless and went without a hitch and the savings immediate. In the 17 days since installation I've saved over £60 and I'm still tweaking the battery economy 7 top-up time to maximise the use of solar energy.
Best of all, I know that if I were to have any issues, James, Jo and the team are there for me with a personal after care service.
I'm delighted with my purchase: price, performance, service, after care. It's all there. I highly recommend Sunergy Renewables to anyone who is looking for an honest, transparent and reliable company to meet their solar needs.

Had a solar battery storage fitted by Sunergy Ltd very satisfied they turned up on time and were very polite and efficient. They did an excellent job fitting the battery storage unit. Fitted the unit neatly and took away all packaging. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Really pleased with the battery storage and the fact that this will save us a lot on our energy bills. We already had solar panels and this unit works together with the battery storage. Would definitely recommend this company

Communication with sunergy especially Jo and mason was great mason and Jordan arrived as agreed they immediately assisted existing solar panel installation and set to work installing new battery and all associated equipment they were friendly and polite and when they left they had left my house tidy and installation was very neat they took time to install app to my phone and talked me through the app would highly recommend this company well done 👍

Joe the engineer arrived early and got right on with the job. He struggled to get the old bulky unit out of the loft. But managed it eventually. He then quickly installed the new inverter. He took me through how the unit works. He also helped me to install the App on my phone. Finally he helped me carry the old heavy unit downstairs.
So to sum up. An excellent experience from Joe and their company.

Excellent service from all at Synergy Renewables especially Jo in the office and Jordan who installed our battery.
Would recommend them to anybody for those looking for solar energy solutions

I normally find it difficult to award 5 stars to any company, but Sunergy Renewables deserves such an accolade. This from the very prompt response to my initial enquiry by James, through the whole process of guidance for appropriate systems for my individual site and electricity consumption.
This efficiency continued through the ordering proces and was enhanced by installers Racky and Jordan friendly, polite and very efficient installation with similar responses from Jo in the office.
The operation of the Eco Flow system installed has confirmed this was the right way to go.

My pv inverter had better days after 12 years. I contacted various companies and the communication from this team was excellent. Jason arrived on time and was really pleasant, Kind and respectful.
He was shown the inverter in the loft and he was quick and tidy and showed me the working and the app for monitoring.
A very good service, neat and tidy and very helpful.

True professionals, knew exactly what they were doing and fixed some issues left by my original installer (who I will not name). Came on the day arranged, did everything they could, then came back the next day with the parts and cables my original installer had neglected to leave. Also, I think, good value, their quote blew my other quote out of the water.

I had solar batteries and inverter installed yesterday by two very professional and knowledgeable engineers. They explained everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend Sunergy Renewables Ltd.

The original assessment visit was carried out promptly after the request and a thorough review of the site and possible benifits of the installation given. A fixed price and comprehensive explanation sent. The installation was carried out by Racky and Jordan who were delayed by severe traffic problems on the M1. Despite this ,which meant they did not finish until after 9pm, they were thorough friendly and polite giving clear and patient explanations of what they were doing and how the app worked. All is working smoothly.

Got a prompt reply when contacted. They knew exactly what the problem was and managed to change the inverter which is far better than the previous one. Amazing customer service and very happy with the replacement done. I would highly recommend them.

After bad experiences with two other companies offering PVC (Solar) services it was a joy to meet a company that is friendly, efficient and charges reasonable fees.
James offered clear and sensible advice, both on their website and over the phone, Jo is a pleasure to talk to and very efficient. Jordan, the engineer, is a model for all trades people and technicians to follow; friendly polite and quietly efficient. The company deserves 5 stars all round.

Add on battery system. A good service from start to finish. Good communication by phone and email. No pushy sales nonsense. Clear advice and pricing. Fitting was done on time leaving the system working perfectly. Would certainly recommend Sunergy.

I'm only too happy to give Sunergy a full 5-star review! Having been quoted silly prices by other companies, (all of which tried to sell far more than I required at grossly inflated prices!), James was a refreshing change! The installation of batteries to complement an existing PV display was carried out promptly, with no problems by the two technicians who set everything up including explaining how to set up and control the installation. All in all a satisfying and impressive job by Sunergy.

We decided to add batteries to our existing solar panel set up. I found Sunergy Renewables to have the best price. The service and fitting by Racki and Jordan was excellent friendly.

Sunergy provided us with a 7.5kWh battery installation to take advantage of our EV tariff. We had almost signed up with a larger national company when we became uncomfortable over their pricing. Whilst checking the hardware costs with a local vendor, they put us in touch with James at Sunergy. What a difference; he explained all the pro’s and con’s of the system we wanted, and his price was more competitive, to the extent that we added an extra battery up front, as adding later was not as straight forward or cheap as the original company claimed.

We are very happy with the result, it all worked straight out of the box and it’s rather satisfying to see zero incoming power all day long!

From first phone call and all following emails I found all the staff at Sunergy polite friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Making my purchase of Solar batteries to compliment my Solar panels a very simple transaction. The first two lads who came explained how everything works and best position to fit, nice friendly (even after a couple of hours enduring the dreaded M6) and no push to sell.
The two lads who fitted on the day and time agreed also very friendly and professional a proper pair of grafters, they set up my iPhone for the app and explained the workings. Also Jo in the office I don’t think we actually spoke but emails were answered very timely.
I could not recommend this firm enough and if I need anything else Solar related they will be my first call.

From the time that we first contacted the company, to the time the engineer installed our 2 inverters, communication has been very good. The engineer carried out a very good job, and was very polite and pleasant and took his time explaining the app to us.
We have every reason to believe any after care we may require will be forthcoming.
