SCAM…don’t buy
Order two pairs plus the bag for a Christmas present for our son. Jan 5th and still no glasses, no shipping, and no response from customer service. I ordered via Shop thinking it would give me more protection, wrong. Now their shipping / refund policy is stating there will be NO refunds and if you try to go to your bank for a chargeback they will dispute it and show proof they said these were preorders and would not be shipped until mid February. Their site absolutely never said that when I ordered. Why in the world would I order something for Christmas that won’t arrive until February?!?

Shop elsewhere! If a zero rating was an option that’s what I would give Los Reyes! I ordered over a month ago and still no shipping information and they do not respond to emails. The product that they offer can be purchased with other more reputable companies.

I would give Zero stars if possible. Ordered before Black Friday and it’s January 2nd and still haven’t received the items. When I asked for a refund, they refused saying that the issue is FedEx and the items are on back order. I’ve never had a business refuse a refund due to their failure to perform.

I would really like to leave a good review here but I can’t because I haven’t received them. I ordered 2 pairs way before Christmas and since it’s after New Years I’m feeling pretty scammed. This, despite receiving an email back from their customer support team saying they are a family run business and are waiting for something from aomewhere to complete my order. Shame on you Los Reyes. These sports sunglasses are for kids. Buyer beware here.
Family Run garbage
This company is complete garbage. They claim to be a family run business yet lack the common sense to stop accepting orders when they are weeks upon weeks on back order. They have canned responses, IF they respond at all. I tried to get 2 pair of sunglasses for my 10yo son for Christmas and a month later they had not even shipped. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER from them!

Complete scam. Paid for 2 pairs in early November. Still haven't arrived. Noone will email me back. Read other reviews. I should have done so a month and a half ago
Never received order, poor communication…
The order was fine but never received product! They said shipment would be in, but then stopped communication. I had to request reimbursement through PayPal.

Placed an order on 11/26. They printed a shipping label on 12/6. As of 12/30, the order has still not shipped. They didn’t tell me there was a delay in my order until I reached out 3 times to customer service. They blamed the delay on fedex shipping being stuck at customers, and that was a week before Christmas. Still no update on shipping. Won’t be buying from again

This company is a complete scam. No communication about delayed Christmas orders, it is now after Christmas and I still don’t have a ship date and they are refusing to refund my money which is illegal. They also sold inventory that they didn’t have which is also illegal. They did not say this was a preorder. Why would anyone buy preorder items for Christmas? No communication, and offering no solutions. Also deleting complaints on social media. The most unprofessional situation I have been involved in. Disputing for fraud.
Update: The owner is completely unethical. Dominik just sent me an email blaming me for misunderstanding that my order was a preorder even though no where did it say that and I received a confirmation and immediate ship date. Gaslighting customers after ignoring them, not communicating, admitting they screwed up and then changing their story to blame the customer is wild. Do not support this company, their business practices are awful!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Order 2 sunglasses that showed in stock on their website. Waited for over 2 weeks for shipment and nothing. Reached out to the company via email and they stated that the glasses were not in stock. Sent them back another email w the screenshot clearly showing in stock on their website. They responded stating that it was their mistake and they thought i ordered youth glasses. They then stated that the glasses were in stock and they would send them priority mail so that they arrived prior to Christmas. When tracking finally came thru, this showed shipped standard ground with a delivery of 12/31. After I asked them why they didn’t ship as promised they were dismissive of email and did not address their shipment issue. Poor customer service, this company seems to not understand service.
Arrived after Christmas
Ordered on December 5th with the guarantee they would be here for Christmas. They just arrived today, December 26th, and the shipping label wasn’t created until the 24th. Very disappointing.
Go literally anywhere else
As you can see from the reviews, this company is going to tank, and it's no one's fault but their own. Ordered 4 sunglasses on black friday. Here we are, christmas day, still no sunglasses. The order showed they were supposed to be here by December 12th but then they never left the warehouse. Did the company reach out to let their customers know about shipment delays? Nope. Because it would appear they were selling items that were actually out of stock and their new shipment got held up repeatedly. People understand shipping delays that are out of your control but you MUST communicate with your customers to let them know. And, duh, if you're selling items that are out of stock then you better make it clear its a pre-order. This company just prays you forget and will only answer with generic responses when you reach out to them first. The first response said "please dont worry, plenty of time until christmas and we will get it to you in time" and the second just explained their shipment is stuck in customs. They delete comments on Instagram claiming its to keep customers from panicking. But HELLO they are panicking because you aren't communicating! If you reach out with an apology the second there is a delay, then no one would panic in the first place. This is the worst damage control I've ever seen.

Was due to arrive 12-12 /12-17. Christmas eve and I had nothing for my nephews. I AM so mad. Calling my CC company asap and reversing the charge $116 for FRAUD!!!!
Terrible experience and customer service
Placed an order on 11/30 for my son for Christmas. No order updates until I finally reached out earlier this week. It took two emails for a response. Same excuses as everyone else - backordered, but they didn’t even bother to let me know. I’ll be disputing the charge with Chase on Friday.

I would give 0 Stars if I could!! Ordered glasses for my son after Thanksgiving on Black Friday. Got a confirmation that shipping label was created and was awaiting USPS pick up.
Contacted them on 16th and they said they were working on it and had some delays and there was still plenty of time before Christmas for them to arrive.. it’s now Christmas Eve and I have no glasses for my son to put under the tree and they haven’t responded to my last email. They shouldn’t be selling products they don’t have!!! If you don’t have inventory then put sold out on the site. Looks like this will be the downfall of this company. Going to be hard to recover from all these bad reviews and lack of communication. Company screwed over a lot of people and disappointed a lot of kids. I’ll be contacting my credit card company for a refund unless by some miracle Santa shows up with them tonight.

I notice a common theme. I also ordered 4 pairs glasses approx 2weeks ago. They were noted in stock. Got one email after a week saying package being prepared. The next week, my order delayed now not promised by Christmas, due to them not receiving all of there shipments. (I would have offered changing styles to accommodate my order, but wasn't offered). Now I noticed on there website says all back orders will be shipped in Feb! My order shouldn't be a back order? But im think they over sold with out the inventory. I will be trying to stop payment if I dont get them Chtistmas Eve!
Scam Company, Reported to FTC, Beware!!
I hope this Company is investigated for fraud. I ordered on Nov 27, 2025. They card was immediately charge and 10 days later a shipping label was created. My purchased order has never shipped. I have tried to contact the company numerous times and ways and no response from them.
I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission FTC for a scam company. I would encouraging everyone who has not received your orders to do the same.
TERRIBLE!
TERRIBLE!! Ordered on Black Friday 2025, never received any information, emailed 5 separate times, they reply with a long, wordy, almost incoherent email stating the shipping is delayed do to (every email says something different!!). It has basically been 1 month. Now they are blaming missing parts stuck in customs (the company is in Miami!!!). Reporting fraud to credit card company and notifying better business bureau. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
