Buyers Beware!

Update - someone emailed me basically saying they wanted to resolve this. Offered a refund since I did not get my product. Also, made mention of my review so I really think that is the only reason they reached out, they actually do not care. Two months has gone by, no refund. No additional follow ups from them and I have emailed back several times. No one should ever buy from this company.

I ordered from this website at the beginning of December with Christmas presents in mind. Boy, was I wrong with that thinking. It took almost 2 months to receive anything and what I ended up receiving was still wrong. I emailed 4 different times requesting a refund and status update. They would never refund me and gave very vague details on my shipment. I would never order from them again!

Would give zero stars if possible

Would give zero stars if possible. The absolute worst customer service. Like everyone else, I got jerked around when my order didn’t arrive. When I threatened to go to my cc company I got this: “As communicated across our website—within our policies, at checkout, on the announcement bar, and on each product page—all orders placed after December 9 were accepted as backorders, with an estimated ship date of February 11.“
Yeah, I would never have ordered for Christmas if this was clear anywhere. Interestingly enough I got an email saying a label was created. I’m sure it will be blamed on usps going forward.
They delete comments like crazy on their social media. I hope everyone who sees this goes to their cc company and disputes this fraudulent company.

DO NOT ORDER!

Total Frauds

I am experiencing the same as everyone else. Placed an order on early December and all I am getting is a run around. I requested a refund and got a bs answer about a special service that handles this. Yes a bs service .blasting them on social media and every and advertisement I see.

This company will steal your money!!!

I purchased 4 pair on December the 8th. I paid and was issued a tracking number the following day. Not sure what has happened but I haven't received not even one pair yet.
I reached out on the 22nd and was told that due to black Friday shopping there was a lot of product out of stock. They told me that they would not send part of my order or pull from someone else's order because it would cause more delays for others. They then told me they were expecting the deliveries to be in the next day the 23rd.
Well I waited patiently for 2 more weeks and still received nothing so I reached back out again on the 6th of January and was told that due to tariffs the shipments was taking longer to clear customs. I said ok then just refund my money then and I would buy different glasses for my kids. They of course did not respond to that email or the 2 others I sent asking for my money back.
Yesterday I contacted them once again and told them I would be contacting the FTC and BBB about this nonsense. They literally have stolen my money and refuse to give it back. Not sure what you call that but I call it theft. So now I am escalating this to the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau. I would urge each and everyone that has experienced this with them to do the same.

Don’t send them money!

I purchased 5 pair of sunglasses for Christmas gifts and never received them. After many emails back and forth, I filed a complaint to the BBB. I’ve asked for a refund and haven’t heard a word. SCAM!
Please do not send them money, they dont deliver!!!

At first I was happy about the quality…

At first I was happy about the quality of the glasses. However I needed to make a simple Exchange for my son who wanted a different color. Usually this shouldn't be an issue but they reached out and told me that they would send a return label and that they would make the return or exchange if it was done before a month from delivery. Long story short, they never contacted me again with that return label even though I contacted them numerous times.. disappointed in their customer service and feel that they are in it for the money and not helping their customers. Don't recommend, go with other companies who make their customers their top priority.

We are all saying same thing- no delivery on Xmas orders

Seems like we are all having the same problem- ordered on Black Friday and still haven’t received the product. Get multiple different “excuses” as to why- WHEN they reply (clearly AI generated responses)
I actually bought a pair in May 2025 for my son and had issues then as well (delayed shipping, sent wrong order, then delayed again) and vowed to never order again but my son begged for Christmas. While this company is not a complete scam, it does seem to take way more orders than they have product which will lead to people not buying. I can tell you no matter how much begging I will NEVER order from again

If I could I would post a -⭐️…this company is the worse…I have been asking for them to cancel my order and return my money, because it hasn’t shipped, it should be easy…it’s been over a month and now they are saying not until February…I want my money back…this was a gift for my granddaughter….

worst company ever

worst company ever! ordered two pairs Dec. 1st and made sure to select ones that said they were in stock as a christmas gift to my two daughters. week later received an email saying my order was being prepared. Christmas came and went with no delivery. got some sad story about they are a family business and that it was FedEx's fault for the delay in their inventory. still no glasses and now not getting any responses on when to expect my glasses.

I ordered sunglasses and a case for my son in early December planning for it to be a Christmas present, as they claim orders ship in 1-3 days. Here we are January 12th and still no sunglasses! I’ve been told by customer service 3 different times the orders are stuck in customs, but expected to be delivered to them any day. And once that happens, customer orders will be shipped. What a joke! I see I’m not the only one they’ve lied to. This company is a SCAM!!

Scam scam scam

Scam scam scam. Ordered 2 glasses end of nov. nothing. Customer service must have automated emails because less than 20 seconds after sending my second email I got a 4 paragraph response about why my order has t been fulfilled. I'm writing reviews on everything I can find. Shut them down!

Never received order

I placed an order on 12/11 and have yet to receive my items. I reached out to the company on 12/24 and just like other reviews they stated they didn’t realize how quickly they would sell out during Black Friday and that items were on back order. They also reiterated they are a family business and not a scam. They told me they were including a $10 coupon and a small gift as a thank you for my patience. The items were expected to ship in a few days, 17 days later and the items still haven’t shipped.

Will not purchase again

I was hoping for a good gift for my nephew for Christmas who has been expressing interest in these glasses. However, multiple emails sent to get an update to be told on Jan 7 there is a back order until February 11. I waited since dec 16 to get an update and I had to reach out to get this information. I would have appreciated the email informing me of the issue and probably would not have been disgruntled. But having to do the job of their customer service is beyond me: I requested a refund and would prefer to not do business with a company who can’t keep its commitments on delivery, shipping and communication.

Total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM they claim to be family oriented 😂 (absolutely FALSE) my order was placed 12/2/2025

Here is their response to my online inquiry......

We want to reassure you that we are absolutely not a scam. We’re a family-run brand, and many of our customers are moms ordering for their families, so your trust means everything to us.

During Black Friday, we sold out much faster than expected. When we learned our backup shipment was delayed, some orders were placed on backorder so we could still honor the Buy 1 Get 1 offer for customers who didn’t mind waiting. Unfortunately, this caused some confusion on social media — a lesson learned and something we won’t be doing again.

If you have a tracking number, that means your shipping label was already purchased, which we typically do right away. Your package is currently missing an item that is waiting on a FedEx shipment that has been delayed in customs. FedEx has advised us it should arrive within the next few business days, and your order will ship immediately once it does.

As a thank-you for your patience, we’ve added a small gift to your order, along with a $10 coupon you can use on a future purchase. We have some exciting new drops coming soon, including snow goggles and youth blue-light sunglasses, if you decide to give us another chance.
