Zoom visit was great.

The doctor was very professional. She addressed my concerns and my lack of energy, which was a definite bonus. Overall, she made me feel very comfortable with my decision.

Moved from another GLP provider gave my prescription to match dose
4 seperate text asking for phones again and again from different numbers - NO provider contacted me. I was mailed a vial wrong DOSE

Wet Rags have more bedside manner

The clinician was somewhat of a Karen. I used another word, but the system asked me to adjust.

Just not customer friendly at all. The whole video call seemed as if I was bothering her.

Dangerous pharmacy practices

Dangerous pharmacy practices. This company uses Boothwyn Pharmacy from Pennsylvania to compound its GLP-1 prescriptions. Please note that Boothwyn Pharmacy is under probation in the state and was fined 1 million dollars in October 2025 for compounding and packaging tens of thousands of doses of injectable weight-loss drugs in uninspected facilities. Feel free to Google the article. Buyer beware!
