Someone in our house uses this Sauna everyday. Its the best thing we have purchased in a long time. Our skin is clearer, we feel healthier and it is extremely easy to use. After extensive research this was the top brand and we have no regrets.
Easy assembly. Great customer support answering questions. High quality product
My husband and I have not regretted for a second purchasing our infrared sauna that is proving to be noticeably beneficial for our overall health, relaxation, joint and muscle comfort and reduced inflammation as each of us (in our early 70’s) uses it 3-5 times per week. The two electricians who installed a designated line for our sauna also put it together for us in a corner of our large bedroom. We’ve been enjoying all of the pre-programmed sessions and piping in music, etc. through the interior computer screen. The two person size is spacious enough for one regular sized person to sit comfortably with legs propped up or stretched out across the bench, adding comfort to the experience. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of this beautiful addition to our lives. Thank you, Sunlighten from fans in South Carolina!
Would be very good if had a better front heater and more than 1 in front.

Best addition to our overall health and well being! We cannot say enough about how wonderful this is. My husband and I use everyday post workout. Love the options for different programs and sessions. Such a great way to start the day with a detox or end the day with some relaxation!
The mPulse arrived with a non working computer or control screen. The owner had to spend 5 hours to replace the defective parts. This is unacceptable for new equipment that was supposedly inspected. No one from SunLighten reached out to explain how this can happen or offer any solutions other than having the owner do the repairs. Unacceptable! We are also still waiting for optional components that were ordered with the mPulse. There has been no communication on the backorder or when to expect them to ship. Unacceptable!
The sauna is wonderful. My problem with the experience is the fact we still have not recieved our cushions for the sauna and it has been well over a month and a half. Very disappointing.
Sauna is amazing. The process from order to use was awesome. Everyone I talked to at Sunlighten were extremely helpful and knowledgable on the product. I have been dealing with 3 tears in rotator cuff and after 6 weeks using the sauna my mobility has improved dramatically and I am back on the golf course.
We enjoy our sauna and love how durable the construction is. And love the infrared too!
Everything about the unit is great. That also includes the team behind the product.

Sauna didn’t work when we set it up. Customer service was unresponsive. It took almost a month and over 10 hours of our time to get it resolved. I am nervous about quality and service.

I love my pulse Believe Smart Sauna. What I don’t love is I have not received the accessories I purchased with the Sauna 4 months ago and they still sell the items on their website and tell me they are back ordered.

Fantastic product. Have had it reset during use twice in the beginning and randomly started playing music in the middle of the night once, but seems to have worked itself out. Wish you didn’t have to log in to the tablet every time (now turn it off due to the music situation as it’s kept in the primary and woke us up that night). Other than that, enjoy the product.

The choosing and ordering process was super easy with the help of Sunlighten sales. The unit arrived quickly and two of us were able to get it assembled and working in short order. We had a couple of minor issues that a quick phone call was able to sort out. It heats up nicely and operates as intended. We love it.
