They’ve got it down. Assembled myself in about three hours. Really need two people, but can get by with one. Assembly is super solid and the quality of the materials is excellent. Our experience in the sauna has been wonderful! The audio and touchscreen unit as well as the lighting make this a professional sauna experience at home. Very happy with our purchase.

The sauna has great ambiance. I love the glass door which keeps me from feeling claustrophobic. The iPad makes the sauna time pass so quickly.

The video and engineering for setup make it truly easy for anyone to put together. The care taken packaging and shipping was second to none. I love the sauna it takes about 30 minutes to preheat but the WiFi and control pad make it easy to turn on by phone. The max heat has only been about 138 degrees and I still don’t understand the red light therapy but I use it daily. I find the apps on the control pad make it a serene place to relax and detox from the world. I would recommend this sauna! The only problem I have is I ordered a bench pad and covers and they have been on back order since December it’s now March….

Package arrived with parts broken and not working. The bench arrived broken, only 1 of 4 red light systems were working and the in unit computer stopped working after 3 days. It took over a week to hear from customer service. To which their answer was “here is the electrical schematic” and essentially rewire it myself because they sent it to me connected wrong. We also still haven’t received our refund from over 2 months ago…

It was very easy to assemble. Some materials seem to be a bit light duty BUT it should last pretty well. My biggest disappointment is that the android pad that comes with it is outdated and new apps cannot be downloaded for use (spotify, netflix, hulu etc) This was one of selling points for your product.

We are absolutely obsessed with this sauna! We did a ton of research and there is such a wide variety of quality and price out there. The customer service with Sunlighten is 10/10 also. Would buy this same sauna 10x over!

We are hooked! We love taking time to sit and relax either at the start of the day or the end just depending on what we have going on. We are very please with our choice. If we had room, maybe I would have opted for an even larger size to stretch out even more, but honestly, it might have been too much. We are please with the quality, the color, the technology and how we feel every day after using it.
