Shamefully bad service. Suspected scam
Shamefully bad. Product has never arrived and at this point I've lost confidence. My order was placed on June 12th, order no# SV64265. The order confirmation email has the correct delivery information. As of Aug 20th, 2019 i have nothing except email exchanges and a reoccurring email from the post office indicating my item is out for delivery. This delivery has never happened and appears to come whenever I send an email to SunVoss customer service. They indicate they are not responsible once the item is delivered to the post office which is something I'm unable to verify. I've requested a refund several times however the exchange is going no where. I've lost confidence and think the operation is a scam.
