I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses which was supposed to be 7 - 10 business days and on the shop app it says they are still preparing the order . It’s been almost 3 weeks . I just want my sunglasses please

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just like the other customers said. This place is now a scam website, they sent a fake tracking number but never the glasses and they have no way of reaching them.

It’s weird!! Usually when I bought from them the service was good. I got my glasses in a timely manner but the latest pair I purchased I haven’t received and it’s been almost a month. The tracking is not working. The email is not working. Like WHAT HAPPENED???!

I’m really frustrated as I ordered my sunglasses which was showing the currency of my country and after 2 weeks I can see a misleading information showing shipped to Qatar and out for delivery but no information about the local carrier also their contact mail is not a valid mail box

Ordered my glasses almost 2 months ago. Tracking number they gave is false and their contact email is fake. Beware this company. Frauds.

Scam of a company do not spend a dollar with them. They changed my address, shipped to the wrong location, notified me that they need updated information (I had already sent them an email weeks previously outlining the same) I've tried reaching out to the contact info multiple times with no success.

I ordered a pair of glasses and it says the order was returned by security in country of shipment. Sunvoss neither explain anything and nor reply my emails… It’s been a month already. Probably they are the scammers.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses over a month ago. They have yet to arrive, and the company has yet to respond to any attempts to contact them.

I bought 7 glasses and they were the best purchases I have ever made... I loved them. Sometimes it takes a while but I feel fair, it's not their fault. I will order more because they deserve it

Terrible, first ordered January 16th 2024 and it's now April 17th and I haven't gotten my refund for the to pairs I ordered and paid for months ago.

The order came pretty quick, and as far as I can tell, I got what I ordered. However, the glasses were very small. They seem to be made for children. Looks ok, but made of cheap plastic. Paint is already scuffed on the bottom of the ear piece. Absolutely not worth $40

I requested the cancellation of an order made by error right after I've set it yesterday. Unfortunately many links doesn't works on their page, included the refund form which in their words is the only refund method accepted (no email, no chats). I still nave no responses but I can assure you I will get back my money in legal ways.

Good day i placed an order over a week now and i haven't heard anything again after the confirmation and i had written severally to the email but no response and the phone number on your site is not correct according to my network providers so please i need to know the status of my order.

Don’t waste your money- Another pop-up online company upcharging cheap no-name products and selling under their brand name. The products or packaging don’t even say Sunvoss on them. Customer service is terrible/non-existent: I tried to submit a return request- the page for that doesn’t work, of course, so I sent them a message through their contact link. The confirmation email from them about submitting a question was randomly in Spanish, so had to translate. After probably a week I got a response asking for pictures of the sunglasses, so I sent them immediately- no response. I asked for an update through that same email exchange- no response. So then I submitted an additional request asking what the status was and that if I didn’t hear back and get a credit for these I was adding to the long list of negative reviews for this company. So here we are- TERRIBLE SCAM company.

Total scam and fraud! I ordered something where they charged my card and "shipped" my glasses. The tracking number is absolute bogus and cannot be tracked using any carrier. I reached out multiple times to no avail whatsoever.

I ordered over a hundred dollars worth of sun glasses, and sent several emails, it comes back void, as if I was blocked or something. I ordered back in early April and still nothing yet, it’s been a month, I tried DM’n them nothing. I’m frustrated because I feel like I got rapped for my money. I’m starting to see that this is a scam, if you can not pay with pay pal do not order products online periodt!!!
