I ordered mine 1st week in June. I wanted them To sport around this summer. They blame the pandemic twice now and my local post office but I work for my local post office and know the ins and out of all the main “hubs” in each state. They use a 3rd party shipping I imagine to send it to the post office. Whatever is, I don’t really care. I’m fed up and won’t ever be buying from them again. Almost 60 days!!! Plenty of time.

Terrible shipping
Ordered over a month ago and have not yet received it. I am in Nebraska and my package went from New York, past Nebraska to Nevada, then from Nevada to past Nebraska again to
Indiana. It has now been in Illinois for 10 days. Was stoked to get them, now I'll just be surprised if they ever show up.

This business sucks - I waited 60 days for two glasses; kept getting the run around blaming COVID yet I’ve had purchased many things with no shipping issues - kept going round and round and round and do all I was over it so I asked for a full refund - 10 days later still nothing - don’t buy from this place

Got my first pair in 2 weeks
Got my first pair in 2 weeks. The other pair took over a month.... understandable with all that is going on... people. This is not the mall or an outlet... this is an overseas company working during an epidemic with a shortage of staff everywhere. My glasses rock... you break your glasses, that is your fault!!! My glasses rock!!! Ordering 2 more pair. I will wait a month or so for them

Sunvoss has made me hate these new trendy popup companies. I order these sunglasses well over a month ago. I spoke to three different people who said the exact same thing "I will keep a close eye on your tracking" yeah right! It's been sitting with the 3rd party shipper for over a month. Then today I get an email of my chat history with them from 3 weeks ago saying sorry we are just getting back to you. No details no nothing. This company deserves to go under after this crap. I understand there is a crisis going on everywhere but I have had plenty of packages being delivered and USPS running non stop. Dont waste your time with them.

I ordered my sunglasses back in February, and it’s almost the middle of may. I received email saying that they were shipped and was given a tracking number, but no other updates after that. Three weeks ago, I got an email from a Joseph asking how I am enjoying my product, I’m like I can’t be enjoying something I haven’t received. He swore that he would look into It and created a case number. I was suppose to receive a follow up email within two days, but that hasn’t happened. SunVoss is a poor excuse for a company and are just out to rip off people. I’m telling everybody I know not to buy nothing from them.

Recieved an email stating shipping would take 15-18 days, possibly more, totalling a month for shipping.
Sent an email requesting a refund less the shipping cost and no response, yet I continue to recieve discount codes from them.
Refund. My. Money.
UPDATE: ordered May 5th, it's now the 25th. No response to my email, no sunglasses. However they are kind enough to send me multiple emails and TEXTS advertising more products.
They took the money, I never got the item
Bought a pair of sunglasses from sun boss two months ago, they sent me a couples of emails the first week saying that there were some delays and bla bla bla... I never got the item or any further emails explaining what happened. I won’t recommend this site to anybody

Avoid these scammers at all costs
Bought my glasses over 6 weeks ago got confirmation emails at time of transaction then absolutely nothing over the next 6 weeks it's like once I paid they dropped off the planet ,hopefully PayPal will step in ,so if you are thinking of buying from these scammers read this and avoid the heartbreak ,stay away at all costs ore you will lose your money and be disappointed

Sketchy Emails, no sunglasses and no refund..
Purchased some sunvoss glasses against my better judgment after reading poor reviews, the advert assured delivery within 7 days.. A week later I receive one Email telling me that the order was misplaced and would be delayed.. the following week I receive an email to tell me that my order was lost in transit.. along with this, I was told that the particular model of glasses was out of stock.. Not a single mention of a refund.. just an option to buy another pair and wait a month for them.. it’s been reported to PayPal regardless.. Don’t use this company.. it’s shady as hell..

Order never arrived and no refund!
Ordered a pair of sunglasses prequarantine and they never arrived. They should have been delivered before isolation protocols and. I have still not recieved them. Contacted and they offered to refund one of the pair (this is 4 months later) and told me to “order another of the other ones” and gave me a discount code. By then I told them I wasn’t interested at all. Was then told that because the tracking was stuck in “transit” (mind you it’s been in the same hub for months, stuck, missing, or misplaced. And they still won’t refund the full amount.

After placing my order 3 weeks ago I haven't recieved a tracking as they promise on they're site.. I have sent 4 emails and 1 messenger...i have tried live chat and am told that they will be live in a few minutes, bit never are. The only email reply has been the same which suggests to me it a computer generated reply....starting to loose hope in sunvoss and am unsure if i will actually recieve the product at all!..not a happy customer.

Overpriced Chinese sunglasses
I ordered a pair of sunglasses on a whim. They arrived on the last day of the declared shipping period and the build and quality of the sunglasses was subpar, something what you'd expect from $2 shades purchased from China on eBay. Plus despite the advertised polarization, the glasses were in fact not polarized.
After a longish email exchange with customer support I managed to convince them for a refund (took repeated discount coupon refusals). I sent the glasses on my own costs back to Sunvoss, and luckily I was refunded shortly after they arrived at Canary Islands (where the headquarters is).
In the end I got my money back but I would advise every purchaser to be wary of the reality and you might be better off browsing an hour on AliExpress to find a similar pair of shades you are looking for. Sunvoss might still be an okayish choice for cosplayers, fashionistas and busy rich people, though.
