Scam

I ordered 2 sunglasses on 31 may, 2019 but still I didn't received anything. They do not refund my money.

They are probably scammers. I will take further legal actions against them.

Received my purchase but need to return…

Received my purchase but need to return a pair that doesnt fit. Tried to start the return but the return form never loads on their website.

Once I sent a dm to their IG page someone eventually reached out. But they are very very slow in responding and no one ever answers the customer service number.

Oh and if you ever need to do a return be prepared to send it to China or keep the product and receive 75% of your return amount as a credit towards a new pair of frames.

I don't know if this company is a scam or not I been ordered a sunglasses over a month ago I never receive my order no matter what I do to get contact with this company about my order, they never reply to me the phone number they put on the website is not working, you guys have my money and the sunglasses if you guys are a scam is not good choice I hope someone answers my question asap, it's either I get my money back or send my order.

I received my order and immediately…

I received my order and immediately went through the proper procedures indicated on the website to return or even ask for an exchange. I sent 3 emails asking how to do so, I still have never received anything. I also tried to call them and they have no one answering or even a message service which is a little sketchy. The customer service for this company is horrendous. It takes a lot for me to write a review but me having my own business and working for a software company, these guys have no clue what is going on.

I wish I knew its a Chinese company after falling victim to 1 few years ago now they use other platform to scam people, 2 pairs of glasses before Christmas hoping to rock my holiday but I guess they post via sea not air.. I regret ever patronizing them. they just spoilt business for the real vendors. I ordered a package from a country where things don't work properly, I got the package in 2days. Instagram entertains too many fraudulent act.

VERY DODGY COMPANY

VERY DODGY COMPANY. I bought some sunglasses over a month ago, no sign of them, no response from customer service. After reading these reviews I’m pretty sure they are a huge scam. Will never buy anything again and I’m going to post on my social media to tell others not to.

I just placed a order and now looking at the bad reviews. Is it possible to cancel my order before I go through what these people have went through? Customer service is vital and if you are not aiming to provide good customer service you should not be selling anything.

Awful Customer Service

Awful Customer Service

Paid $45 for cheap products to be shipped and was told it would cost $55 to them send back as a return. Their representatives just run in circles with responses and make no effort to actually solve the issue. Sad too because I was going to buy in bulk for a party but definitely won't now. I don't even want the ones I have.

Cheap Sunglasses

I bought a couple pairs of sunglasses. It took 2 months for me to get them. They are super cheap and 1 pair broke already. Customer service is slow. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase anything from them in the future.

I wish I had found all these reviews a few weeks ago because I haven’t received a tracking number or my item. And people saying it’s coming from China...I’ve received MULTIPLE items from China to Texas in the past month and even with the pandemic they arrived in 2 weeks or less. Guess I’m among the many that lost $32. Last time I ever trust any online ad/pop up shop.

Waited two months to get my…

Waited two months to get my package...The day it was supposed to be delivered, it was returned because of insufficient address. My address was entered correctly, so I waited two months for this only for them to screw it up.
