We had an amazing trip with Sunway. Everything was so well organised and done in small groups that it truly felt like a personalised experience. We never felt rushed or like we were waiting around for too long. It was truly magical. On our last day my husband and daughter had an accident on a small ski set and I cannot speak highly enough of how well we were looked after. There was first aid on site, an ambulance was called. One of the elves Mirabelle looked after my daughter and son as I went back and forward between them and my husband. She helped them make marshmallows and told them stories. Meade got our documents from the bus. Dominic met us when we arrived at the hospital and told us that he was looking into accommodation and flights in case we didn't make our flight home and that we weren't to worry about anything. Fortunately nothing was broken so it was a quick turnaround in the hospital and Dominic brought us back to meet the tour, stopping off in the chemist on the way. We joined our tour in Santa Claus village and were met by Pinecone the elf who had been one of our guides for the three days. She brought the four of us around and ensured we saw all the things worth seeing. She was absolutely brilliant, telling the kids all about how the elves get the presents ready and the logistics of how Santa delivers the presents in such a short time. It ensured we finished the holiday on a high. She even helped us with returning the snow gear and with our bags at the airport. I cannot recommend Sunway highly enough. I would have given them a good review before anything went wrong but after seeing how they handled things when things did go wrong, they are absolutely are deserving of 5 stars.

We had a magical holiday. Everything very well organised. Our rep (Sabrina) was outstanding. The elves (Elmo & Sugar Plum) added huge value to the trips especially orally the bus & plane journeys. It was truly. Magical for the 3 generations of family A special shout out to Elmo !!!

We had the most amazing trip to Lapland, from the moment we arrived at Dublin airport it was fantastic! Our elf’s were outstanding and with us throughout the trip, the kids had so much fun as did the adults, it was so well organised from start to finish you never had to worry about anything! I think the only area we found a little bit over crowded and commercial was the Santa clause village but it’s only a quick visit at the end of the trip. I would highly recommend booking this adventure more so if you have kids of 6+ as it is full busy days and early starts! Thanks again for a memory we will never forget!.

First of all, we loved our trip - it was well organised and the holiday of a lifetime - great entertainment and care from Rudolph and Bubbles our elves. We enjoyed having the elves welcome us at the airport! Every event was delightful for the kids and adults alike. Days 1 and 2 were absolutely superb and without fault. Day 3 - we really enjoyed crossing the arctic circle and playing in the snow- but we felt that being dropped at The Santa Park for so long was a bit of a con being as everything cost quite a bit of money to go into or take part in after already paying so much for the holiday. We presume that Sunway had to drop us there as some deal but it was our least favourite season and would have missed it out if given the choice. It did say in the details that there was a ceremony for the crossing the arctic circle but not sure when that was. The kids just played in the snow lots ant the Santa Park and we didn’t pay to go in anything as they were happy doing this. The flight was moved forward by an hour literally as we arrived at the airport and we were a little stressed trying to all get through check in and security and had to run straight onto the flight - I think this was something to do with the Finnish side. We did love our trip and would use Sunway again but wanted to make sure to gives proper review.

An amazing experience from start to finish!! A super busy 2 days, full of excitement and magic, Elves Sunny and Jingle were fantastic, very helpful and oh so fun!!!! Food is obviously different to ours so if you have fussy eaters bring plenty of familiar snacks.
