An amazing trip from start to finish. Our elves, Dimples and Mischief, met us at check-in in Dublin and were fantastic throughout. They kept everyone entertained for the entire journey, and their energy was unreal. Due to bad weather we were diverted to Kittilä, but they kept us fully informed and kept the kids happy while we waited for the bus transfer back to Rovaniemi. Despite the delay, we didn’t miss out on any of the planned activities. Sky hotel was fab, lovely suite (2ad and 2 kids -6 and 8) hotel was very warm, staff were very friendly. The trip to the forest and Santa’s Command Centre was fab (top tip: keep Santa letters with you—we left ours on the bus!). Private santa visit was lovely, not rushed at all, could take photos and videos etc. Kids enjoyed the elf school and decorating gingerbread men, Lunch was lovely, and the reindeer and husky rides were great—short but perfect for young children. The show in Santa Park was excellent, dinner was small but nice, and the kids really enjoyed the activities. It was a long but very enjoyable day. Before heading home, we visited Santa Village where we crossed the Arctic Circle, called into Santa’s Post Office, did a bit of souvenir shopping, and enjoyed hot chocolates—such a nice way to end the trip. We were absolutely exhausted coming home but loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone considering Lapland.

Our trip was incredible. It lived up to all expectations and more. Although I thought it was initially expensive it was worth every single cent… sunway had everything organised to precision and we would have never been able to create the magic that they gave us on our own. Our elves on the plane got everything off to fabulous start and Our elf “Rudolph” on our bus was amazing for the few days… my little girl who is usually quiet and shy adored him and he gave her so much time… he was fabulous on the bus playing games and singing songs and I feel he added a lot to this trip for us so honestly thank you Rudolph! Dominic our rep was a lovely man who floated around ensuring everyone was happy which was great to see. My little girl has severe food allergies and she was fed so well- my only bit of advice on this to sunway is for ingredients to be available or communication with the chef as it is quite hard to trust a meal without seeing any menu or talking to chef- I know her allergies were noted everywhere we went which was fantastic but since her allergies are severe I always need to be on alert but when I did ask for ingredients I was given them without delay so honestly it was such a relief that she was fed so well and most importantly safely. A week later and I am still lost for words on how amazing our few days were…. I feel like I’ve been on commission for sunway as I’m telling everyone to book this amazing trip. Our kids are 5 & 7 and it was perfect for their age. My advice- go book it! Pure magic from start to finish! Memories to last a lifetime.

Loved the experience, had a ball. Lost 1 star because of the day out visiting Santa/huskies/reindeers. I found it was very rushed and barely any time was given at these activities. When I compare with my friend who went with Canterbury they had so much more time at these activities. They would have hot chocolate and cookies between the activities and there was nothing like that for us. Plus the food we had at the hotel afterwards was grim, not good at all.

Great trip, really well organized. From the moment you check in at Dublin airport to the time you land back in Dublin it’s magical. Sunway & Lapland Safaris do a fantastic job there are elves at check in and on the flight for singing and games in the air. The activities and buses are well organized and we never felt rushed. We stayed at the chalets and our chalet was lovely, well equipped and comfy. It got down to -27 when we were there early December but the snowsuits, boots and gloves provided keep you warm. Recommend bringing some handwarmers for little kids to keep in their gloves just in case. Food was mediocre but we could always find something the kids would eat. Definitely a magical experience the kids will remember - yes it’s expensive but glad we did this as it was worth every penny

What an amazing trip! So magical. Our tour elf Jolly was fantastic. Transfers frm airport to hotel and all activities ran very smoothly. Plenty of singing and games on the bus to entertain smallies between travels. We loved every bit of it and will have memories to last a lifetime.

The whole trip was magical from beginning to end. Extremely well organised. Our elves Dizzy & Jelly Bean were amazing and the kids adored them! Ginger who was our guide in Lapland was fantastic and Sabrina the rep really lovely and very helpful. The highlight the husky and reindeer rides. Memories made to last a lifetime. I would highly recommend sunway and would love to do it all again.

The best experience ever! This has been my second time to do Lapland with Sunway and each time has been unbelievable. Elves bubbles and chimney were the absolute best they had so time for the kids from singing dancing to playing the floor is lava while waiting to board the plane home! It was a trip myself and kids will never forget! Memories to last a lifetime.

What an incredible experience, we did not want to come home. Sunway took care of us from the minute we arrived at the Airport to when we got home. Dizzy the Elf was a huge factor in us having a brilliant time. The activities were excellent and the organisation was professional and efficient. Thank you, it was an outstanding trip.
