Second time to Lapland with Sunway. A once in a lifetime trip turned into a twice in a lifetime one 🤣Previous time we went to Rovaniemi. Preferred Santa in Levi this time, more engaging. Husky and reindeer rides too short and too rushed, in Rovaniemi they told us all about the animals etc, couldn’t even ask them to take a family photo of us on the sleigh. I have to say the guys looking after snowmobile rides were very obliging. The morning of the Santa visit we were late leaving by 30 mins, as we were waiting on a few to finish up breakfast. Ended up cutting short our excursion. Still really enjoyed it though. One thing I would say is give the itinerary with times before hand so people have an idea of how much free time they are going to have, I would have loved to have booked a private husky ride had we known. Dizzy the elf was lovely! What else, really enjoyed it. Would I love to go again? Probably yes! Maybe to Ruka or Yllas who know 🫣

Elves were the highlight, special.mention to Dizzy, Jellybean and Twinkle who looked after us during our stay. Everything was organised very well so we didn't miss anything however I would have liked more time at the search for Santa. There was so much to do and not enough time. Overall I would highly recommend

Overall an amazing and wonderful holiday. The husky and snow mobile rides were slightly disappointing. It would have been better if the husky ride was longer than 1 minute, and going around in a small loop once, and similarly for the snow mobiles.

We had an amazing trip to Lapland with Sunway. It was magical. From the minute we arrived into the airport we were entertained and looked after by our elves. Everything was so well organised. The activities from the husky ride and reindeer sleigh to Santa's secret forests were great fun. A definite 10/10 for this trip. I can't recommend highly enough.

Lapland was an amazing trip, though the requirement to be at the airpker 3 hours before is unnecessary especially when travelling with kids. It was advised to arrive 3 hours to check in and ended up waiting for an hour before we could check in.

Room was nice and food very good. The fact that we were in a different building and not main hotel was a bit of a nuaisance as you had to dressed in coats to go to breakfast or dinner. The Lapland excursions were very well organised and ran transfer very smooth. We all enjoyed the visits to Santa and elf village. The rides we felt were too short and if longer would have led to a much better experience. Levi location excellent as everything was on your doorstep. Skiing and tobogganing close by which was loads of fun to add on to the trip.

A fantastic trip from start to finish, and our two elves were amazing girls, from entertaining the children on the airplanes and buses to chatting with them at breakfast they never stopped. They were brilliant. Our room at Saaga aas well overdue a renovation, it was very basic for a supposed 4 star hotel, but apart from that everything was great

Just Magical! From check in to landing back. The elves on the flight, on the bus and on the forest- all fabulous! Santa was amazing. Just loved every minute’ The Hotel was fabulous but did not like having to lugging suitcases up the steps to reception and to the room.,

Even though lapland itself felt magical, All the events planned felt rushed with no time to enjoy. The food provided was aweful. The elfs were great but the kids kept asking why are they so tall. might be a great opportunity for small people to take up the role. The santa was good but we had to wait 20 mins in his grotto before being seen. Leaving us little time to explore his village. If I was to go again Id do it independently. It would be a lot cheaper.

This was a wonderful trip for the whole family. From the moment we got to the check in desk for the North Pole and met our elves Bubbles and Cinamon, to the goodie bags and entertainment on the plane, everyone had a ball. Our local elf Peppermint was also wonderful at keeping us all organised on our excursions and entertaining us on the bus. The Oonasvara Chalets accommodation was perfect, lots of places for the kids to play in the snow outside, and very central with all of our activities just a short bus ride away. The highlights of the trip included the snow mobiling, toboganning, numerous snowball fights, the husky farm and ride, and Santy was just amazing. We all came home exhausted but very happy and couldn't have asked for more from our trip. Thanks so much to all who made it such a magical time.

Overall very well organised, activities were good fun, the elves were fantastic, particularly our crew which included Ginger, Sugar Plum and Elmo. The only let down was Santa himself, very low energy and enthusiasm and didn't seem to have any particular interest in the children, it was a bit disappointing.
