The trip from start to finish was 100/10 - I couldn't fault a thing! From arriving at the airport and our check in, to meeting our two wonderful elves (Bubbles and Cinnamon) , the fun and games on the flight over and then Lapland itself, the whole trip was magic! Food was lovely, all the activities were brilliant and so well organized. We never felt rushed or hurried. We loved the snowmobiling and the huskie ride the most. Everything was thought of, and everything was so well organized. Myself, my husband and 2 children had a wonderful time and the trip really exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this package (sleighbell spectacular) to anyone, it is once in a lifetime and worth every penny. Would like to mention our 2 Irish elves Bubbles and Cinnamon, who were absolutely incredible! They were amazing with the kids and always available for questions we had. My 2 kids loved them and were sad to say goodbye in the airport. Also our Finnish elf Villasukka, always kept us informed of what bus we were on, collection times and details of each excursion. She was so helpful and competent.

Lapland with Sunway was a very memorable experience!!! From booking the Triple Treat with Lisa, to Kittila and back, everything was fantastic!! 5 stars all round!!! Elves to mind us all the time. Everything arranged so well in advance. No queues anywhere. Our Finnish elf was Hazzle. Outstanding!!!! Recommend this trip 100%

Unbelievable experience that exceeded our expectation. A once in a lifetime holiday and I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone. From the moment we arrived in Dublin airport the magic began and didn't stop until we got off the plane in Dublin. If you're thinking about a trip to lapland, look no further than sunway!!!! We will never forget the memories from this trip.

From start to finish it was 5 stars .Everything you would want to do in Lapland was included .Every day was action packed but didn't feel rushed . I would highly recommend doing a package as it was so well organized and very seamless . the staff , the elves , the hotel all were 5 star big thanks again from Alannah and Dearbhail

Amazing trip! It was complete magic. The elves ‘Mischief’ and ‘Dimples’ were amazing! They didn’t stop with their energy and positivity right throughout the trip. They were so lovely, engaging and helpful with entertaining the children, the two of them really made the trip. The guide on the bus ‘snowy’ was also brilliant keeping us informed with everything. I haven’t booked a package holiday in years until this trip but I will be definitely be using sunway again. Our flight was diverted to another airport but it was managed well and Dimples updated us throughout and entertained the kids while we sorted luggage and snacks. One of the flight crew was not helpful on the way home (a blonde haired older woman with no name tag, who was quite rude unlike the other airline staff who were so upbeat and helpful). When I asked her for water she was very dismissive but ‘mischief’ the elf overheard the conversation and went out of the way to ensure we got some.

There was a great range of activities outside of the hotel; from husky and reindeer rides, to Santa's village, the snow village and more! Each of the activities were well planned and were great fun. The snowmobile, reindeer and husky rides: All of the rides together in this charming farm, it was easy to find all of them. They were all great fun, although the reindeer and husky rides could have been a bit longer.There was also tobogganing, cookies and drinks for extra fun when you have finished. Santa's village: The village itself was beautiful, and with lots of snow there was no way to get bored! From tobogganing to Santa's grotto and Elf school to wrapping presents and more! It was truly magical! The ski slopes: Surrounding the lovely hotel Saaga are ski slopes and activities for just about everyone! From riding the gondola up the mountain to skiing and snowboarding! There is also a kids area full of things to do! How about learning to ski or snowboard? Or maybe try tobogganing or use a donut toboggan instead? Here you will NEVER be bored! And much, much more: Everything is truly magical and unforgettable! A magical trip indeed! Sadie, age 12.

Mostly good but gloves a disaster for our little boy, he wanted to play a lot in the snow and the mittens drove him and us mad. Ski gloves would have been better. Too little time at each stop, 20 minutes more at each would have worked well for us. We barely had time to do it all, so we didn't get to do some santa stuff and only had 3 minutes to do a husky ride. So no getting to meet the dogs or anything

Excellent trip and organisation. I would suggest the main area for improvement is the time spent on the activities. We were 1 minute doing the husky ride, 4 mins doing the reindeer ride and 3 mins doing the snow mobile ride. This was very poor. Families should be allowed spend more time doing the activities.
