We travelled with 3 children and 2 grandparents, everyone had the most amazing time and no one wanted to go home. The elves Skippy and Diddles were awesome. They had so much time for all the kids and constantly kept them entertained. Eileen the Sunway rep was awesome and so friendly too. Everything ran smoothly and was the trip of a lifetime.

Lapland is gorgeous, activities + bus very good but husky and reindeer rides were very disappointingly short as they were the highlights of the trip. We must mention elf Happy Tonttu is exceptional

Phenomenal experience starting with Dublin airport and never slowing down!! You can tell this is the real deal, from the elves who have clearly succeeded in their minimum of 99 years in Elf School, to meeting the real Santa (based on your “kindometer” readings) to the husky and reindeer sleigh rides and snowmobile trip across a frozen lake. This is where memories are made.

Everything was so well planned. All we had to do was turn up! Our two little elves that travelled with us from Dublin ensured everything ran smoothly and made our trip full of fun. All activities were close to Rovaniemi so little time spent commuting. A really enjoyable trip.

We would highly recommend the sunway package to lapland.the whole experience was magical from the elves helping with check in at the airport to all the activities, everything was organised for us. Santa experience was excellent. Snow mobiles excellent. Huskies okay. The guy in charge of the huskies wasnt v pleasant. I understand that the children werent allowed to pet the huskies but the guy was rude about it. The reindeer ride was uncomfortable in that the reindeers looked tired, a bit worse for wear , anklers missing, sluggish. I felt it was a bit cruel them pulling us around, but maybe that's just me. The elves and rep were fantastic. I would recommend encouraging people to bring swimwear for free time as the Levi waterworld which extends outside (even in the cold) is streets ahead of any waterworld here and a hugely enjoyable experience on our last day.

it was nice to be honest i was a little disappointed with the santa experience the grand pain loved it i had done lapland in last year and felt it was alit better experience for the santa you were given a lot of time to meet santa and u were asked about the child before he went to see santa so he knew about him before going in this wasn’t the case in lapland felt it a little rushed asked could i give santa a letter the grandson had wrote for xmas so he would have taught his letter reached north pole was told they don’t do that so very disappointed with that it was a good day out for the kids but personally i dint rate it great
