Lapland was amazing, an unforgettable experience. My only issue with the whole trip was the day of the lunch. The food was terrible and not edible. Apart this everything else was wonderful.
A big thank you for organising a super trip. It was magical from the moment we arrived in Dublin airport when we met belle and bubbles. The local elves were also super especially hussel, figgy pudding and jolly Holly to name a few. Everything was superbly organised and the attention to detail was there to be seen. The trip to Santa village, huskies reindeer were all super. I would recommend this trip to anyone. Thank you
Excellent we got to see santa he was amazing very jolly and friendly the elves had lots of time for my son we done elf school decorating cookies art wrapping presents finding our elf name and getting a cert we had time in the snow to make snow angels our elf was cinnamon she was amazing we got to do husky ride reindeer ride and snow mobile we had so much fun lots of free sleds to borrow you pick 1 up and bring up the slopes it was amazing we also went on the gondolas like cable car to bring you up the mountain. expensive trip but worth doing it was all inclusive so only alcohol had to be added for spending money
Holiday of a lifetime. From the "elfy breakfast" selection boxes in the queue in Dublin airport to the selfies with our girls Glimmer and Twinkletoes on the flight back, these Sunway elves couldn't have done any more to make this the best holiday ever. All the activities were so well organised and the perfect duration for small children. Apart from Santy, our highlight was the huskies. We had so much fun and our bus elf Cookie and "hooman" Eileen did a fantastic job minding us all for the 4 days. Everything we needed was included and you could go and not spend anything extra. Well, well worth every penny and for anyone considering it - just go for it! You absolutely wont regret it and will create memories to last a lifetime
It’s was absolutely amazing from start to finish highly recommend sunway. We could have tried DIY trip but with sunway the bus appeared each morning no worries about driving in snow and getting to destinations pre booked. We were assigned bus number 1 with Misty & Pixie & Rudolph and the entertained us all the way? Santa visit and mammy getting knocked down by mascot bear was the highlight. Myself and hubby loved snow mobile and husky ride although short. The entertainment at Santa park was great. Hotel was lovely very spacious and comfortable my son loved the sauna. Misty & Pixie were great and very friendly
Unfortunately no interaction with reindeer or huskies, this was a very small part of the trip and too short to be memorable.

Amazing trip to Lapland, so well organised. Elmo and Trixie were amazing and they really made the trip for the kids. We stayed in the Ounasvaara chalets and they were great, very comfortable. The only thing I would have liked more of was time at the Santa Village, it was a little rushed for sending postcards, getting souvenirs and looking around.
The reps/elves could not have been any better. Everything ran so well and it was magical!

Had a great time on this Sunway package Lapland trip and it was indeed magical. The elves were lovely and very friendly with children. Two snow suits provided for myself adult and one child, both had contents from previous guest in pockets. Mine had used tissues and childs had half pack of sweets and a dolls cap. I think for price paid Sunway could have come up with a few more items in the gift bag at start, it was good what they had in it but maybe more. Also maybe a gift bag for adults, its not a cheap trip. I did have a great trip and created memories that will last for ever.
Amazing experience loved every min of it . Elves were fantastic so helpful with the kids. Especially trixie and Mavis cookie was fantastic on the buses
This was amazing, the kids had an amazing time and from the moment we got on the plane, the elves Rosie- Posie and Snoozy really looked after us and then when we landed we were met by Jolly Holly. All the excursions were great from start to finish and we all had a fantastic time

Just back from the 2 night magical trip to Lapland with Sunway…Definitely worth every penny, saving up for the next trip! From the minute you arrived at the airport to when you landed we were so well looked after. Our elves Ginger Snap and our bus elf Rudolf were amazing. They were brilliant and so caring with the kids. Every activity went ahead, we never felt we were waiting for anything as there was always something other activity, sledding, hot drinks, marshmallows. Santa was amazing… so magical. Throughout the whole trip we never felt rushed or under pressure. I can’t recommend Sunway enough. Magical special memories were made on this trip!
