I brought a dog ramp of Facebook
It was the perfect size and a good price
Paid for and received email saying we have received your order and in the process of shipping we will sent you confirmation along the way
Still waiting 2 months later and also send an 2 emails no response
And not sure if i going to get my order
I’ve brought things before on Facebook

Scam!!!! Company doesn't exist, no product received

Yep, it's a scam. They emailed to say product went through, no emails back, bought over a month ago.

I ordered the Desktop pet on December 1st. Almost two months have gone by and I haven't received the item. They did acknowledge my purchase in an email with an order number when I originally ordered it. I wrote to Supbien several weeks ago and have gotten no response. I will contact my CC company to contest this purchase. Seems like a scam outfit. Avoid at all costs!

Order placed and acknowledged, no further details sent after 2 weeks. Tried to email the website support email and it doesn’t exist. Replied in the order acknowledgement and still no reply.
Fraud- do not bye from this company

I ordered a hair dye product for 30.90 USD and no response or reply from them yet. It’s utter madness to book products through this. This is a fake agency. Please check before you order through Supbien.
How come Facebook encourages advertising like this cheating agencies? This will reduce the Facebook reliability.

OMG I have just read everyone's reviews after not receiving response after I have made an order. I'm in disbelief that I was scammed. I'm in South Africa and have placed an order on the 10 June 2023 for $176.70

Daylight robbery this so called company is scaming so many people,I ordered my space saver table in March like many people it had not been delivered and yes Facebook should be accountable for this its a disgrace do NOT ORDER anything from these you will be scared.

Like everyone else.....I ordered something and over a month later.....nothing arrived! Tried emailing, invalid email that is posted on the website and no reply from the email address that was sent from the confirmation email. Not happy!!

Placed an online order about 1 month ago, have not recieved item ordered. Emailed company and have had no response. Like every other person who has given a review, I would give ZERO star on my review. Unfortunately I wish I had researched them befor purchasing. Reported them to my CC company,,,,,

Don’t order from them. I haven’t received my order over 1 month now, and no one to contact to query and get a refund. Very disappointed with Facebook where their ad was seen.
