This is a plain open robbery! there is no way to stop the purchase as they set a system that you payment goes way before the normal checking your order in any other online (genuine) system.
Mail received has NO information whatsoever, the tracking number is a fake and page doesn't exist, no one responds mails... am ashamed to have fallen for such a colossal scam. They should be prosecuted!

They operate with different site and use support contact details as support...supbien.com.. do not fall for supbien.com

I bought an extendable tree trimmer on August '21. Have sent 3 emails. Now March'22 and no product and not even the courtesy of a reply to any of the emails. Bloody thieves!

this is a fraud site. i ordered on 16 dec, paid $42 but till today i didnt got the item. So we all must go to court against this company.

Thieves!!!!! 1st time online shopper and I got stung. Like other reviews I was given an untrackable tracking number, received apologetic emails that lead to nowhere signed Annika Sanchez which is probably a false name. Very frustrated that Facebook allow bogus companies to do this-disgusting and immoral. I only gave 1 star and they don't deserve it but I couldn't write a receive without a rating.

This company is a total fraud!!! I placed an order on August 25th and have been emailing ever since. Just like the others I received a track dog tracking number that was bogus. Screwed me out of $42.00. Tried to contact the BBB to no avail.

duimaye.com or Sup Biem is a scam. I ordered something on 9/15/2021 and no emails are being responded to. They sent me a tracking number for Trackdog which is no longer in business. Essentially the tracking number is worthless. Thankfully I'm only out $38 but Facebook needs to do a better job of vetting sellers in their marketplace.

Same as all the rest of the reviews. Over a month and no response to emails or tracking info. It's a scam.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star I bought the chair for my mom 5 weeks and I have not received any thing

I bought an extendable tree trimmer on August 13, 2021 and to this date, September 10, 2021 I have not receive the product and I even paid extra for a premium shipping fee. Their website does not show any contact information.
