0 stars I've been waiting for an £85 withdrawal for 3 months now.. all I get from support is they have sent a note of urgency to get my withdrawal sorted and an email will be sent to me but I never receive anything it's so frustrating I'm not holding my breath for my money but wanted to let people know to avoid this site like the plague it's a massive scam.... Quick to take money out your bank but won't pay you your winnings 😡😡😡😡

This casino is nothing short of a daylight robbery operation disguised as entertainment. Their advertised withdrawal timeframe of 7-21 DAYS is a blatant LIE. I initiated a withdrawal of £576 *THREE MONTHS AGO* and I still haven't seen a single penny.

I've been strung along with empty promises and generic responses from their customer service team who seem to be trained to parrot the same useless phrases: "Your withdrawal is being processed," "We are experiencing high volumes," blah blah blah. It's the same script, over and over again, regardless of how many times I contact them.

And don't even bother emailing them! My emails have been completely ignored. It's like they've taken my money and vanished into thin air.

I'm beyond frustrated. £576 is a significant amount of money, and the fact that this casino can hold onto it for this long with zero explanation is unacceptable. They're holding my winnings hostage and offering absolutely no accountability.

If you value your money and your sanity, steer clear of this casino. They are clearly not trustworthy and will likely leave you high and dry like they have done to me. I'm reporting them to every regulatory body I can find. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable casino that actually pays out winnings!

After an initial positive experience with a couple of withdrawals, am afraid to say that everyone who has given them one star is correct, I requested a withdrawal in September, it's still in processing status, and every time I ask about it , it's the same pre scripted nonsense about performing checks. Avoid this casino at all costs as it is clearly a scam , I'm only waiting for £100 so I don't know how it can take so long if it's genuinely being checked, there's definitely more than a hint of fish with this lot.... Do not even open the site......

Total scam withdrew on the 18th of Oct still no money have screen shots of all conversations with chat , told them I have read reviews on here and asked them to let me talk to a manager to be told there is no third party only live chat and email which u never get a reply. I have reported to the gambling commission no way should they be trading if they can't pay out , UPDATE have reported to CEG so waiting on response, will update if I hear anything back.

I withdraw on the 28th August 2024 . Still not received any money or email back from them the live chat is very blunt and unprofessional. Said can take up to 21 working days. I’m now on 25 working days later and still no response or money. I’m putting this down as a loss and will not be using this site again.

Avoid avoid avoid, do not pay out on winnings. I requested one on the 12th July we are now 15th August and still haven't had my winnings. They just say it's with the finance team. It's over the 21 working days they say it can take, don't know where I can go from here.

Absoloutly shocking customer services. I cancelled my account but kept getting emails and texts. I would click unsubscribe on the emails but they would keep coming. I would type stop like their texts would say to do but the texts would still keep coming. I would keep contacting them to tell them to stop. Sometimes they would say it was sorted, others they would say it has already been done and they would cancel the live chat. I think I will just keep messaging them on the live chat until the confirm by email that they have "Done It"

Would rate -10 if I could. Scam site. Withdrew money however haven’t received it. They don’t answer emails. Wish I would have read the reviews before playing. Shocking.

They are a Curacao-based scam gambling website. Small wins less than your deposit may get paid out, but any larger wins will never get paid out. Do not give them a penny of your money.

It's not real bookie you can't win on thier slots it's impossible for that much money I i lost couldn't get any winnings also I asked them to self execute me and block me from this website and they said 'no'
