Fantastic tour. Comfortable bus, had good communication from friendly bus guide all day to our group. Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour Guide was excellent, very knowledgeable. Learnt a lot from our guide and really worth taking the time to visit, it is very memorable and left an imprint on us all. Salt mines were beautiful, recommend wearing comfortable shoes as we did a ton of steps to get down deep in the mine! All in all a great day out and really glad we did this tour whilst in Krakow, would recommend this company as they were reliable, on time and staff were very helpful.

Even though it was very cold and early in the morning, our tour guide was lovely and he made sure all our needs were met. The driver was the same he was very friendly and kind people! I’d 100% recommend this tour, I had never been to Auschwitz before and they definitely made the tour worth it!

An insightful experience. Fantastic tour guide and the transport was comfortable and easy. Worth the money. Highly recommend.

It was a wonderful Sunday thanks to our driver and the guides met in both sites.
The craziest thing of this trip: in the morning you're gonna be moved and reflective while in the afternoon thrilled and full of spirit of adventure.
I really reccomend it!

I came from France to visit Auschwitz Birkenau, very satisfied of the travel in autocar. the visit with the French-speaking guide seemed a little in a hurry and she was not very pleasant, But the explanations and historical anecdotes were nonetheless very interesting. Sebastian, the person who managed the tickets and guided us outside the tour was very Friendly. A more than satisfactory experience overall.

More enthusiasm needed, more care to the people who invest the money into your business, better people skills on staff.

Driver and Stan arrived early, texted 10 minutes early making us feel rushed, no eating or drinking aloud on the lady’s coach, rushed break intervals resulting in wasted drinks because we were pressured to get a move on, arrived at the salt mines over an hour early ended up wasting 30 minutes, rushed us back not even letting people off at the correct stops, felt completely rushed no information or benefits to having a “guide” he just slept on the coach

As a family we traveled to Poland to visit Auschwitz, based on our children's wish for many years now.
A few hours before the start of the tour we received a cancellation from SuperCracow. This for no reason whatsoever

Only very short responses to email is what they can do. I explained to them that we traveled to Poland for nothing and forced them to give me a good reason for the cancellation. But until today they didn't do that at all.
They only refer to GetYourGuide and Auschwitz themselves and take no responsibility whatsoever.
Rarely have I been so frustrated by an organization's working method.
Considering the other reviews that have been written, it seems we are not the only ones who have fallen victim to this club.

To this day we have not received the costs back.

Just disappointed! I booked the Auschwitz tour many weeks before starting. Two days before the tour we were informed:
„Regrettably, due to unforeseen internal circumstances at the Museum, we have recently been informed that a guide will not be available for your scheduled tour. Unfortunately, the Museum is unable to provide a guide in any language.“

This was the first disappointment, the second came a day later.
We were informed that the pick-up time was postponed and we would be picked up at 05:15 in the morning.

We were also told that we would probably have to stand in line for a very long time to buy tickets on site. What the f***, we had already booked the tickets.

Full of frustration, we canceled the tour. Keep your hands off this provider, you will just be extremely disappointed

I was going to write a scathing review but having read the other review regarding this company I feel that I got off fairly lightly.
Booked the tour online about two days before going. The planned departure time from Krakow was 7 am, however, the day before the tour this was changed to 5:40 am with no explanation. When collected we waited for passengers and then drove to a second pick up point before returning to the first and then back to the second. We departed Krakow about 6:30.
Despite having priority tickets we had to queue for admission, and then the advertised 2 hr tour of Auschwitz was shortened by 30 minutes. We did not visit the entire site and the visit seemed rushed.
This was the same at Birkenau, again 30 mins short and whilst there could see other visitors visiting areas we were not taken to.
A better experience than most on here, but would not recommend this Company

Very bad!!!!
We came by bus to Auschwitz and had to go to the lineaal (in stead of 'skip the line'!) And the line was so very very long.... After standing almost 1 hour in this lineaal, we heared that the tickets were no longer availlable for this day!
So this compagny (Supercracaw.com) had NOT RESERVATED our tickets!
But by our reservation of the tickets (2 weeks ago) we had to give the names as how the stand on your ID. So they could reservate the tickets in front (and that is what we expected offcourse!!!! )

So we went to Krakau to visit offcourse Auschwitz!!!
But now we can not visit it anymore. And it took a lot of our time, and seen only something of the outsite!

DO NOT BOOK BY THIS COMPAGNY!!!

We had planned a day trip to the Auschwitz 1 and Auschwitz 2 birkenau museum with transport from Cracow by this tour company. Once arrived at museum there was a huge line at the ticket seller ports. Fortunately we were promised that we could skip the line in the description, but nothing was further from the truth. It appeared that they didn’t bought the tickets beforehand. So we had to wait in line, after 50 minutes of waiting they told us that all the tickets were sold out and that we couldn’t enter the museum. In the end we waisted a whole day just to be denied entree at the gate, just because the tour company did not reserve the tickets. Which even we, ourself could have done but thought if we booked a complete tour it would all be arranged for us.

Would definitely not recommend!

Absolute shocking service and company. Wish we had read these reviews before buying our tickets. Booked for Auswitz tour and guide a month in advance. 48hours before the tour we had a message to say our pick up time had changed to 5.40am. We were ready and waiting. Jumped in the van and 15mins into the trip we turned around as the driver had collected the wrong people. Even tho we confirmed our names with him. We were dropped off back at the hotel. No idea what was happening, no communication with this company until after 7. Which there response with no apology was " you for in the wrong van". When asked where our transfer was there was no answer. It was like talking to a child.
Messages back and fourth and still no thing we needed to hear. So we jumped in a taxi to still go.
On the way there I was then sent a email stating my 9am ticket wasn't for 9am and that all the English guided tours were now booked and they couldn't do anything. We were already on our way. After a few more emails of "it's your fault" I finally got a email saying they cancelled our booking and refund within 14days. What an absolute nightmare! Really put a downer to our day.

Bad experience. I booked a trip to Auschwitz with an English-speaking guide. Half an hour after they withdrew the money from the account, they sent an email telling me that they don't have an English-speaking guide and asking if I accept the trip under these conditions. (Yes, before I booked through them, I saw on the museum website that there were different entry times for the museum with an English speaking guide. But I still chose this tour). I replied that I wanted the trip even under these conditions, because on that day there were no tours available on the museum's website except with a guide in Polish. And the trip to Kraków was planned just to see Auschwitz. They have not responded to the email at all. The night before the trip, I emailed the Get Your Guide support service (through their app they sold the trip to Auschwitz). He didn't answer their phone either and late that evening they sent an email saying everything was cancelled. If I hadn't complained to Get Your Guide I would have gone to the meeting point in the morning where I wouldn't have found anyone. Did they withdraw the money only to tell me afterwards that it was cancelled? If I hadn't contacted Get Your Guide would I have lost all the money I paid? I had the inspiration to contact customer service, otherwise I didn't know about the cancellation and I would have lost the money. What kind of travel company is this? He should pay for the scam. So if you want to see Auschwitz, it's easy to get there by car or by bus that leaves from Krakow Bus Station. Tickets are available on the museum's official website. And if the reservation is made ahead of time, the reservation can be made at the time you want and with a guide speaking in your language. And everything costs less than this so-called trip. Only if you don't want to ruin 2 days of vacation for something you pay for but don't get. And then instead of enjoying your vacation, you send e-mails to get your money back. Money I probably would have lost if I hadn't contacted GetYorGuide

great experience, we had Sylwester as our driver and travel organizer and we had a really great time with him, he deserves a raise :)

I bought a ticket online for Auzwitch and the Salt Mine before arriving to Poland. Unfortunately, one of my flights from the US was late and missed one of the connections. Soon after I figure out I wouldn't be able to be there on time, I requested a reschedule for either two or three days later. I was told "no, you will be a no show". I went by myself two days later and did the tour without guidance for FREE. I would expect rescheduling fees, but 100% lose is unfair.

Bought a skip-the-line ticket with a guide, when we arrived we still had to wait for over 2 hours in the line before we got a ticket and could enter auswitz and the guide wasn't even from themselves

Worst tour operator ever. They changed the time of our visit to Autswitch camp with short notice from 11am to 4pm without any chance to cancel it and get a refund. They didn,t answer phone calls only wsup messages. We had to change our trip in order to attend to the tour. No apologies or explanations upon arrival.
Once at the tour the guide was in a rush and it lasted less
than 3 hours. Not enough
guidance to get from Austwich
to Birkenau.
Not trustful. We felt cheated!

Less than 24 hours beforehand we receive the message that we had to be there at 9 o clock instead of 10 o clock and that the there might be some waiting to do. I received texts from 4 different unknown people. They didn’t answer. 3 hours later we could enter the museum. We had to stand in line 1 hour and then 2 more hours of waiting because there was no guide available. The ticket promised us a fast track. An underaged responsible had to pay all entries individually. We didn’t receive any info during the waiting. A lost day on a short trip to Poland. We asked for a refund. They didn’t even apologise and said they told us so.

Changed the time to one we couldn’t get to early the next day. When we said we couldn’t get there so early they said tough you will be a no show and lose your money. This seems to be the same con in other reviews. Avoid at all cost

Take care - change time Schedule without informing you. They lie and are not Nice.

Stay away from this Company and take Care because they work with get your guide…
