Ordered on the 10th November still waiting no response to emails told them want a full refund still no response absolutely shocking customer service no telephone number so you can contact them

Bought and paid for an item over £400 for immediate delivery. Still not received five days later. When I enquired and only then I received an e mail saying the item was out of stock and they were just waiting for new stock to arrive around a week later. This is not on. The item was listed as In stock for immediate dispatch. I asked for a refund two days ago and have heard nothing

The ordering process as easy, the goods arrived complete and undamaged - the price was very fair.
I have since ordered some extra spare consumable parts which arrived and tracked perfectly, however the first order failed to track.
I emailed Superguns who responded very quickly and said that they would look into the shipment but failed to respond there after to a second request for information some 4 days later.
I chose to sit out the situation and wait, thankfully well over a week later the package arrived.
I understand that the business is very busy, however I would have given a higher rating if the comms had been better.
Overall Great products, fair price, poor comms in my case - however I would use again.

The Target I ordered was delivered relatively quickly and I’m happy with product (although some instructions on how to put together would’ve been helpful).

I tried getting a similar order elsewhere & had to wait over 2months & kept getting fobbed off. So I spotted these guys on Google gave them the order & they were spot on, really quick & fairly priced.

It was quick and simple. A good experience. I’ll definitely be doing more kit from this company five stars

Avoid totally. Poor company to start with, emails not answered, no updates, no tracking.
Bought from them on 1st October by November 13th 2025 no item sent, or even posted, complained, no response and when I did hear they said "oh we have been busy" poor excuse I thought. Threatened them with action for getting my money back which I did in the end. I wouldn't recommend them at all, shocking.

Had to claim payment back through my bank.
