DONT BUY

Impossible to get a hold of. Guarantee fast shipping on the website… it’s been 10 days and my orders yet to be shipped!! Tried getting in contact with their customer service team several days ago, via email and social media with no success.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HAVING TO GO THROUGH THE BANK FOR A REFUND.
Amazon do the gun cheaper and it’s more likely to arrive!!

Tried to leave a review on their website but all reviews need to be approved by an admin. Says it all!

Choose super guns.

Would definitely recommend superguns to others. A bit ropey to start they took a while to reply, but once had communication from them they were on point. And even added a little something to my order to compensate. Very happy customer thanks

Its a shame I had to give 1 star…

Its a shame I had to give 1 star because I would of given 0 if possible.

I spent £350 on an item that was out of stock but still possible to order on back order.

I received no information on when that was possibly going to be, so I emailed them and asked for a rough timeframe.

I ordered on the 15th September and they told me I would have it by the end of the month.

I waited until the 3rd October, and as there was still no sign of my order, I emailed them again simply asking for an update, and I have not received any response from them since. I have now sent them several emails over the course of 2 weeks and not had any response.

Very very poor customer service.

I do not have a clue what is going on now and I have asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund, but suprise suprise; no reply and no refund.

I have since ordered the item from elsewhere and received top quality customer service and also paid less.

I have reported the business to trading standards and I am going to have to travel 9 hours to their registered address and back to ask them in person what the hell they are playing at.

They do not provide any telephone number to contact them and the only one I was able to hunt down says does not exist when trying to ring it.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever received, I checked them out on here before I made the order and the positive reviews mislead me into trusting them.
