I am delighted to have a market for…

I am delighted to have a market for various things.

I do need help with homeowner coverage- So far I have not seen evidence that I can sell policies for homes and mobile homes in my vicinity. I tried to get an offer for my home as a starter. They gave an estimate; but no assurance that I can bind in my neighborhood.

Monique was fast and efficient helping…

Hi,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the Bolt platform. More times than not, the system is extremely slow and even the simplest changes to a quote can take a long time to process. In many cases, I request a quote and it takes hours to receive an update.

However, I want to highlight that Monique was fast, efficient, and very helpful in assisting me with getting a customer’s commercial auto quote completed. Her responsiveness made the process much smoother despite the platform delays.

Terrible...

They are not even half as good as they promise. Their platform access stops working abruptly. And right then their sales rep and customer support also vanish. No response to phone calls or emails. When the platform is actually working, their quotes are rarely close to the current quotes customers have. Absolute waste. I would rather suggest First Connect.
