I spoke with Nita Robinson to finalize a policy. She made it very easy to bind and pay. She was helpful and pleasant to speak with.

The wrong quote was bound. When request the binder I attached the quote that I wanted to process.
AFTER the policy was bound a noted was added that
TELEMATICS PLUG-IN REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN RATE QUOTED AND POTENTIALLY AVOID CANCELLATION.
I should have known that during the quote process NOT after the policy was bound

Kevin Rodriguez is amazing; he has been very patient with me throughout this process. He did weekly check-ins to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Summer is the best

She helped when I was handing trouble with a client and stayed on the line for 30 minutes helping me understand what the issues were and how to fix them, and again while issuing the policy. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I hope to hear her every time I call!
