My second highly rated Purchase!!!
Bought a Pixel 7 Pro from Supero.co.nz on Monday 15th of March. Shipped Thursday, arrived in New Zealand on Sunday (unfortunately DHL was slow in delivering from Auckland to New Plymouth) received on Wednesday 22nd. Pixel came in sealed Box, wrapped in Protective Packaging and even so it doesn't come with a Charger (thats just the way it comes), Supero included a New Zealand Wall Adapter :-) Can only recommended Supero!!

Team was helpful and responsive to questions. Even did a software update on the device before it was sent out.

I was initially apprehensive about ordering products from overseas through Supero. After reading the reviews then ordering all my fears were put to rest. The communication was excellent. I could track my order from its source to me. My new cell phone arrived within a week. It was all as advertised. I can not recommend Supero highly enough.

The phone arrived on the day they said it would. GREAT.
Adapter plug sent so that the Samsung plug could fit into to charge. Not so good!

I emailed them on the 13th and they confirmed they have this in stock and shipping is 3 to 6 working days. Paid on the 14Mar, only received this on 31 Mar, 13 working days after.

Company uses drop shipping, tracking number originated from Hong Kong. Would have been nice to be honest and upfront about stock levels and the country it is in, I would have paid the $20 more to receive it in 2 days rather than 13 working days.

I had never brought from supero before, but read good reviews. Communication was slow intially and they did not respond in the suggested 3-4 four working days with any update on whether it had shipped. Once the phone was shipped I recieved it in quite good time and the phone was in excellent conditon and I am very happy with it. Was a great price too. I would recommend.

Really quick delivery, which surprised me given how far it came to get to NZ. Also good online choice and prices were hands down better than anywhere else.

Ordered the lens and received confirmation within a day, new the lens was coming from offshore but the price was great. Delivery was before estimated date, was well packaged and is everything I was hoping for, would recommend using Super.

the price was low, with credit card payment methods. shipping is relatively fast considering it’s coming from overseas.

They saw that I had selected the wrong battery to go with the camera I had ordered and emailed me to confirm whether I would like to keep the one I selected or to change it for a bettey compatible with the camera I ordered.

Order arrived expeditiously and was sold at a great price.

They shipped my SteamDeck out quickly, and it arrived only 8 days later. Console works great, no issues at all.

Had a problem when the site hadn't updated to include a tracking number for my order, but an email to customer support had it solved in under 2 minutes.
