I also received an email for a Tesco free Oral B toothpaste. When I attempted to redeem the moving barcode didn't work, there was no barcode number and the email didn't work. I felt so embarrassed.

What a shambles!

Also, the value was £3.50 and the item was £4. Just delete their emails and don't even bother. There are too many bad reviews to even believe the good ones are legit

I got an email from SuperSavvy for a free 75ml tube of Oral B Toothpaste with a coupon to be only used at Tesco. Unfortunately the coupon was worthless because it only covered up to £3.50 where as the toothpaste itself at Tesco was £3.60. How embarrassing it was when the coupon wouldn't work and was not accepted because it was 10p short. Anyone else with this issue? Also I'm wondering what the point is of this SuperSavvy, I've never had anything, the coupons don't work and now the app is closing. 🤔🤷

Got an email about a free Oral B toothpaste. I went to the cashier and they told me it's a fraud. I didn't open the barcode though. I open the link and the map that locates all participating Tesco stores.

I reported it to the national cyber security centre.

Looking back, the links did look unusual.

I signed up to their free Oral-B Pro Expert toothpaste from their facebook account last week by giving my name and email address. I used the coupon code (moving barcode) they sent me at a local Tesco Extra store to claim the toothpaste. The store's self checkout till would not accept the code. Then I was asked to go to the customer service desk to scan the code manually by the Tesco staff, I was then told the code was blocked. I tried to contact Supersavvyme right after the incident but all they had on their website was an online form. I filled in the form and explained what happened, I haven't heard from Supersavvyme since. And now if I go back to the email and click the coupon link again, their website says the coupon was already redeemed, what a scam! I also phoned Tesco and they told me there was no promotion in their system related to this FREE Oral-B toothpaste. I see many other people also had the same issue (under the Hot UK Deals website). Some lucky ones managed to get their freebie because some Tesco staff physically acknowledged the coupon (as in saw the coupon and believed it was a genuine promotion) and that doesn't mean the coupon code was working. And now I believe Tesco also claims these coupons are fake.

I received an email stating I would receive a laundry bundle back in Nov but never received it, did receive a £5 voucher for my inconvenience. I later received another email stating I would be receiving a laundry bundle, emailed again and explained my experience the first time and that I had received this second email over 28 days ago and still received nothing. I then got an email stating the email was sent in error, well I am sorry but 2 emails were sent out and “sent in error” is not acceptable. What a waste of time and effort

Brilliant products. The Fairy Silk Tree Blossom & Jasmine have certainly improved my laundry. Besides leaving my washing with a lovely smell the utility room also gives off a lovely odour.

Love my supersavvyme app won a few items on it already received the Lenore project today have to say it smells divine you have got to be unit to win it so all positive for me think it is a super apo

I love supersavvy app .. not had the experience of winning any products yet....check in every day.. hopefully some day soon as I do my reviews

Absolutely love the supersavvy app I've had a dream team box plus a Venus sugarberry bundle. Yeah it's all down to the luck of the draw need to be in it to win it. I honestly don't understand the 1 star reviews I've just seen folk claiming its a scam and they ain't buying products again clearly not got a clue what their talking about as no money gets exchanged so basically your reviews are bad mouthing a company cause you not been chosen yet jeezo!!

Just received my Daz gel washing wow smells divine and it is wonderful absolutely awesome I will be sharing with friends family

This company needs to weed out fake reviews. You’ve got people admitting they haven’t tried the product giving it 5 stars, to all out over the top lies. It puts me right off buying when I see these reviews

My experience with Super Savvy me is great. I have been chosen a couple of times and the items have always been great from P&G products. The app is easy to use and navigate. I would highly recommend!

The app does not work and they refuse to help and its completely not right and I'm disgusted a company would treat the customers as of there not interested.
Thry don't even msg you on Facebook.
Email is useless.
App does not work for everyone.
A lot of complaints.
I shall make sure I shall never buy there products again!!

l thought this was a place you could try ,test and review products ,what is it with a leaderboard seems a bit competitive and not what it should be ,yes it seems the same people on leader board and how are you supposed to get points unless you shop for stuff everyday ,i have just unsubscibed it isnt worth it ,i thought you got a chance to test and review and this is not the case so do not bother

Like other comments I would give negative stars too. Their customer service is appalling. Many times I have contacted them, someone called Oliver responds to the first question by asking a question and then you reply back and he doesn’t have the decency to respond back to the question he asked. This has happened many times especially I used my points to redeem a gift back in June 2023 and I still have not received it. I have sent pictures of my redemption but still to date no gift or a response as to when or of I will ever receive my gift.

Many times I’ve uploaded receipts with P & G and they’ve all been rejected because ASDA doesn’t list the product as bought, just as laundry so why are they letting ASDA sell their products in this way and then you get penalised for not getting your points.

Other people are correct, it’s always the same people at the top every week and month. How can they be awarded that many points when there aren’t as many available with purchases you can make and the reviews you complete.

This whole app is a scam and a pretty damn awful way of getting people to purchase their product and Mrs Hinch needs to stop endorsing their products

Always the same top five people on the leaderboard, Ana, Laurita, Paula. Theres no chance of earning as many points as them unless you are shopping 20 times a day to load receipts and writing fake reviews as surely noone has used every single one of their products. Dont even get me started on the points they took away from me when they changed to the monthly leaderboard, I'd been saving them up for months. Never any rewards available to claim. Never won anything either. Feels like a complete waste of my time.

They rejected all my receipts, claiming that P&G products are not on the list and coming back to me with robotic responds!
It clearly says OLAY on my receipt but they keep rejecting it.
They destroyed this app with their new scamming point system!
