voucher for free bladder leak pants, you say at boots and tesco, but the stores do not accept them. this marketing on the voucher is very misleading, and gives me no confidence

Saved up more than 20,000 points to get something I wanted, they changed the system and took all points away. Now they pick top 50 points for the month. Won’t be using again. Think it’s disgusting how they just wiped your points and didn’t notify saying the would do this.
They kept rejecting my receipts containing P&G products!!!!!!
First they robbed me of my points and secondly they kept rejecting my P&G receipts so I can’t even collect points and compete with those that are always in top 50!!!!
Customer service is useless, they are so robotic and behave like they don’t know how to read!!!
Shame on you Supersavvy, you destroyed a great app!
So disappointed
Dreadful took all my points off which took me ages to build up. Then they took the lot with no compensation. Could not even use them in the run up to them taking them as there was no gifts 😕 available!! Thinking of deleting this. Shame as it was a good APP
Disappointed with new reward system
Disappointed with new reward system. Waisting of time.
The customer service is not very good
The customer service is not very good, they don’t give you consistent points for your P&G product receipts even though they are valid. They won’t accept Boots receipts as the P&G product names are abbreviated and when you question them they either ignore you or make up some excuse. The referral in the app does not work either. The app is just exhausting and a waste of time as you cannot compete with the fake accounts on the leaderboard to win prizes.
I joined the app and tried to save up as many points as I could to hopefully redeem some Fairy Laundry pods but then clever clogs in their company decided to wipe away everyone’s points in July for a new points system that is just unachievable unless you are cheating or verging on the cusp of being a pyramid scheme pusher. No thank you very much.
Zero if I could I’ve been saving my…
Zero if I could I’ve been saving my pints tried doing the reviews for them and now they have deleted all my points off so now I can’t get my free item for doing all their work to get products to get reviews… if I could remove the reviews I’ve done for al the companies I wish I could as basically you will see reviews people make up just to get points to get free stuff.. luckily I’m rubbish at fake reviews so couldn’t but I deffo would remove them all…
I see people with amazing points coz they have faked all their reviews for large companies like washing up products, hair products and washing machine stuff.. you don’t need proof of having bought the product you can big up a product to make people think it’s great… so what ever you do don’t trust the reviews make by super savvy.. the lower scoring people clearly have been honest but some had like 10’s of thousands of points for fake reviews
Took over 20000 points
Took over 20000 points from just as I had enough to purchase something decent
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
Do not download this app they have conned people, taking all their points away from them. They took over 9000 points away from me and over 25,000 points away from my daughter, wasn’t able to exchange the points for the rewards as they never had stock of rewards. So therefore going to delete app.
DO NOT USE!
Many many people have spent months and years collecting points, by writing reviews and answering questions. All on the promise of points make rewards. Often the reward list is lacking in items or people want to build up for a bigger prize. Suddenly, an email written as if it’s good news ! To tell us that all our points are being taken away. Yet no rewards to allow you to exchange your points. So I would strongly advise not engaging with this company.
Disappointed
"Hello,
I have been using the Supersavyme app for about 1.5 years. And for the past year, I had been saving points for a bigger reward. I was planning to get a shaving machine for my spouse as a Father's Day gift using those points. However, no matter how much I checked, the stock for shaving machines or other high-point products never became available. In mid-June, they sent an email saying they were changing the system and that all points would be cleared. In July, they indeed erased my points. I had 25,360 points. I asked if there was anything that could be done to compensate for this, but customer service didn't even respond. I am very surprised by this, as I did not expect something like this from P&G company."
All was going well accumulating points
All was going well accumulating points, and now they’ve been taken away. Like others have said I wasnt given a chance to use them. I’ve wasted my time reviewing P&G products and nothing in return. I’ve deleted the app.

16000 points wiped away when visited everyday and left countless reviews. AVOID
Collect point for ages never any…
Collect point for ages never any rewards always sold out now gone back to 330 when i had 5,000 just a scam
I have been collecting points for 2…
I have been collecting points for 2 years just to have them taken away from me in the 1st July. This site & app are a scam to get you to leave reviews with a promise of a free item after you have collected points. There are never any items available to purchase with your points, then you get the points taken away, I have deleted the app.
Don't bother with this site
Don't bother with this site! Same people win all the time, by fiddling the system. My 3000 off points were reset twice, without reason, and when you question why the same people win time and time again, you just get fed a load of sad excuses. Waste of time!
Not very good
Take looong time to collect points, the rewards list is empty all the time and with the new system of rewards, all the points were reset (lost for nothing).
Not worth!!!
Still waiting for a weekly win from…
Still waiting for a weekly win from April and a reward for the points I redeemed weeks ago and then you just deleted the 5510 points I had spent time and effort accumulating without any opportunity to redeem them. Had I been given advance warning I would have redeemed them last month. Been led to believe I was spending time to earn points to redeem on rewards, and you simply deleted the points. I find this unscrupulous.
2 years for nothing
I've used the app over 2 years now and had chosen for product testing projects during this time which was a good experience.
BUT.... now I'll just delet it because they change the app and rid of all the reward points their customers earned. Not even gave a chance to use the points as they gave notice just when all the prizes were claimed for the month. Just became a scam company backed by P&G.
Can't stop raving about supersavvyme…
Can't stop raving about supersavvyme I've had 3 projects in the last 6 months. And I've won a supersavvyme exclusive bundle. But most importantly here to rave about the flash dust magnet, the easy extension arm allows you to reach high places and the locking system at different angles is really handy. Easy dust catch and lock in makes it fun aswel as easy.
A bit of a joke isn't it supersavvy ?
A bit of a joke isn't it supersavvy ?? Have been writint reviews and collecting points for well over two years, just to lose them all on 1st of July. As I never had a chance to claim anything, as nothing is ever available.
Can't treat consumers like that, hopefully someone will look into this!
