SupportRoom has truly made a difference. The platform is easy to use, and support is available exactly when you need it. I would especially like to highlight the therapists, who are highly professional, empathetic, and genuinely committed to each session. The entire experience feels discreet and trustworthy. A very reliable service that I would highly recommend.

I paid and i didn't even get the membership. I wrote to the support but no response. The app is in Beta stage since years, and their payment link is buggy,and you make the payment and you lose money.

It was good when it was linked with Gympass/Wellhub membership, bebaute the payment issues were not there 3

I am very happy with the therapy, I feel a lot better about myself now.

Customer service is excellent

I have a free access with gympass and never ever would I pay for this. In the last 5 years I have literally not been in contact with a service that bad. The website has a new bug basically every day. Something seem to always not work. My first therapist just didn’t reply when I wanted a session. The second one is nice when we are in a call but always something is up. It took them incredible 4 months (!!!!) to set me up in the beginning. For the 4 month not being able to use the service they promised to give me extra hours and never happened 😂 this is not a service to work on your problems, this literally creates problems. Been using it 11 months now bc it’s for free but every time I have to do something with supportroom I get just next level frustrated and mad

It’s a scam company. Once you subscribe they disappear.

SupportRoom enabled our team to understand how we can best support our people - the data and insight has guided our strategy for 2023. Recommended if you don't currently have a way to measure and manage your employees.

Terrible service. No wonder its cheap. My therapist was only ever available once and despite them telling you that you can contact them anytime, mine never responded. You can't even book them coz none of the therapists are available!! What a scam!

The journal feature doesn't work either. The journal section describes that you can write and only your therapist can read them. I ask the therapist and she couldn't read them.

Avoid. You're not gonna get anything out of it. You're better off sorting your mental health out yourself.

Customer support doesn't exist either. I want a refund but there's no way to ask.
