I'm really disappointed
I'm really disappointed. I placed my first order at suppz and was really happy at first when it arrived about 3 weeks later. But when i opened the parcel i had to realise that one of supplement-container was already opened and about half of the content where missing.
So i tried to contact the support 2 times to ask how this could have happened and if there is an solution for that issue. But unfortunately i have never got any kind of response until today. So i guess i will have to get rid of the already opened container because i am not really sure what is in there :(
That is not very customer-friendly!
… I finally recieved my package
I finally received my package, which was mistakenly delivered by the post office. The delay in delivery was not Suppz's fault. I understand the concern the company had about refunding or replacing my lost item. I honestly felt the situation could have been handled differently. The customer service level is very poor.

World War I Customer Service
Ordered Mesomorph about 5 days ago. I haven’t heard anything from their customer service about tracking so decided to email them. Sent an e-mail and the only text I got back:
“This order has been cancelled and refunded.”
As cold and empty as that, no explanation, no hello and no apologies! No refund yet!

Update as of 25-DEC-17: The order was a voided so no funds were taken from my account. If you read the reply from Suppz.com they claim that they have attempted to contact me and they also claimed on my email correspondence that they had no contact information, however, on the day I ordered, I received an email confirmation to my email (which was supplied I when I ordered) and billing info also had a contact number.
Ultimately, I never try to be a bad sport with reviews, but this was my honest review and my experience. They have other good reviews which convinced me to order from suppz.com in the first place but ended up with disappointment with my order. I respect their policy but simply if the billing/shipping address is different must not be a reason to cancel orders. I do order from Amazon and etc without issues and perhaps Amazon customer service and validation is a good model for them to follow.
With all do respect to those guys at suppz which trying to build their business to their best in this harsh market, I do not recommend suppz if you are ordering outside the US or shipping/billing is different unless they really audit the way the handle customer service and CC fraud. Bodybuilding.com is more reliable but unfortunately they did not have the supplement I was looking for.

I received a tub of protein that seemed to have a hole somewhere at the top so there was some protein in the box and leaking. Customer service was great and they compensated more than enough for it. One of the best supp website out there

Suppz is usually my first stop online when I'm looking to restock on supplements as there are often good sales (most recently the B1G1 on Kraken) plus free shipping on every order regardless of the size. Even using the free shipping option I generally have my order within 2-3 days plus there are normally free samples tossed in which is a nice addition

I have been ordering from suppz for a few years now. Every time I make an order it is a great experience. They have great customer service the couple of times I have had to contact them. They have the best overall prices of any place I have shopped. Plus free shipping. I live in Wisconsin and my orders rarely take more than 2 days to get to me too. Suppz.com is definitely my go to site for my supplement needs. Shipping is super fast, orders are practically filled as soon as I click send. Love their samples and they carry a very wide range of products. I no longer have to place orders at multiple sites to fill all my needs at the best prices. Speaking of prices, they have the best deals on products that I can’t find deals on anywhere else. One thing that would be helpful when filling orders is a notification if a product becomes out of stock after placing the order. On my last order placed, one of my items was out of stock so the shipment of my whole order was delayed. The only reason why I found out was because I called after having not received my order in the typical 3 days. They informed me of the situation, allowed me to replace my order and then shipped out my revised order with expedited delivery. That’s great customer service!
