Never ever buy anything from this company I ordered the steamed hair straightener 3 months ago still didn't get it till now
They gave this tracking number which always show."we can't find your item "
Every time I contact them they give me excuses about the shipping and tracking the item and they say sorry you follow it with the tracking number witch I ll never find
They very bad company and very shifty
They refused to give a refund
Don't trust them

I wouldn't purchase anything from this online only company with no contact number or customer service what so ever. I purchased a steam straightener and as advertised expected delivery within 3-5 weeks the purchase date was 18th July 2017 today's date is 29th September 2017 and I've received nothing but empty promises and false tracking numbers and assurance it's coming and if I wait another 60 days and don't receive anything then I'll get a REFUND. Mind you my first email was sent after the specified time requesting a refund. I was told the above regarding the tracking number then the 60 days then finally I was told that I would only get a refund if I was unsatisfied with the goods I receive. DO NOT order anything from them as I have discovered there is many like me who have taken to Facebook to try and warn others against purchasing anything from them. When I looked further into this so called company it's created through shopify an online e commerce site that can start up any online advertising site on Facebook to buy anything. It's not reputable and many have lost money, received nothing except a refusal of any refund and all orders can not be cancelled or refunded. Do not buy anything

What an awful experience!!

Im still waiting for my damn iron!! No refund has been given and order never recieved... i am very upset and would really like to know how i can get my refund! How is this company still on business!

Still waiting for my two steam irons I ordered two months ago,and they said it takes 3to 6weeks, if they could reply to the numerous emails I sent it would've helped,but I get no reply as to what the delay is all about and there is no number provided to phone only a email address, that does not get answered. Really bad service they promis so much but l got nothing. Really unhappy with their service its non existent.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered a steam flatiron and it was NEVER shipped to me. THIS COMPANY'S BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE HORRIBLE. The continually lied about the product being shipped and being held up in US Customs. I requested a refund several times and they replied that they have a no refund policy EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED MY FLATIRON! They even provided me with bogus tracking information, which NEVER showed the item as being shipped.
