Didn't realise I'd signed up with them , cancelled online , next day they took a payment , rang them up ,refusing to refund , refusing to give an authorisation code for my bank to cancel 😞, unhelpful on phone , didn't care of my situation , just money grabbers, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Was looking through loans just to help survive the week. Nothing about their low quality credit checks or whatever.
Created account with Sure Credit. I did NOT touch or use any of their services at all, in any way.
They take your money at the monthly fee of £19.99. I cancelled just slightly too late (just after 14 days), and tried to call and negotiate a refund which they refused.
They do not even send a notice "you have an upcoming payment of £19.99, please ensure you have the funds available". Actually backs up their case because what if you didn't have the funds and they don't receive them?? You would be able to cancel within the 14 days, we all have a 100 other things to remember and get on with.
Just don't touch any of these dangerous and disgusting scams. They take money for no work. Let their greed turn to liquidation.
And obviously their replies on here are all automated, their 3*, 4*, 5* ratings are obviously bots or people working for them.

Took payment last month ,which we didnt even realise we signed up for ,cancelled straight away and one month later another payment gone out, have informed bank of fraudulent activity

I didn't knowingly 'sign up' for this service and my bank have stopped their payments and refunded me the one they took, they have cancelled my debit card and issued me a new one to avoid them doing this again - there was no email to tell me I had signed up for this 'service', no log in details, no Terms and Conditions, no thank you for paying.. by the way if you look at the positive reviews on here, they are all by reviewers who have only ever given one review on Trustpilot, I wonder why that is? lol - reported to Trading Standards and the Advertising Standards Authority

Not happy, just noticed that money has gone from my account needs to be refunded. I wouldn't use this service

These guys went ahead to charge £19.99 off my card after I got nothing helpful from using their service.. cancelled the same day online, but I hear from this guy when I called telling my nothing could be done about be because my account was up for 22 days.. if you are going to charge pretty much 20 from the account and the online cancellation doesn’t matter why would you even put it there.. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE. STAY AWAY NOW.

After I cancelled my subscription they were still taking money out my bank account.

These worthless scammers twice I had to cancel my cards
They had no authority to take any money out of my account but they had the audacity to tell me to order a new card through them yeh right

Took money 2 months after I cancelled my subscription within the 14 day free trial period. It's been reported as fraud to my bank. To take a payment 2 months after I've cancelled within the 14 day period set out by your company is just low. I wonder how many people have had this done to them and not noticed.

I don't know who thos company is but they took 20 pounds from my bank account for a subscription I've never signed up for, I searched the company so find some sketchy credit company with bad reviews also stealing other people's money, I would like my 20 pounds back now or else ill have to take this up with my bank as a fraud case

I didn't sign up or contact this web ever and I found out they tried to take money out of my account without my concern or permission at 2:30 AM while I'm asleep I was lucky my bank blocked them they really scamming without people concern they should be arrested

They took £19.99 from my account, unbeknown to me. They intended to take it every month. So I cancelled and was a step away from a fraud case.
Useless waste.

As other people have said you try and get a loan and you get tricked into a subscription they say that you get an email saying you have signed up even though I didn’t and only realised I was signed up when they took £19.99 from my account, be careful when looking for a loan

I have no idea how but they managed to get a hold of my bank details and subscribe me to a service that I never signed up for.

Yet again these scammers have taken another £19.99 out of my account without any authorisation. I've had to cancel my card. And change accounts. It's worrying that a scam company like this can access accounts without proper authorisation. I'm now taking legal action and strongly recommend anyone who has had similar experiences with these thieves to do the same

Signed me up for a £19.99 monthly subscription, after I had been declined a loan. I entered my details on the loan application, and was then redirected to surecredit. They took the details and signed me up. Very underhanded, and obviously claimed it was very clear what I was signing up for, it certainly wasn't.!

All these 5 star reviews but its the only review these people have done... clearly not genuine probably on the payroll... plenty of sites offer free credit reports save yourself £20 ...avoid
