This scam company stole £19.99 from my bank account.
Please do not have anything to do with this company and contact the Police if they steal from you.
I have mental health problems and they took my last £19.99 from my bank account so left me penniless and without food.
I have cancelled 3 times now but money still got taken from account
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I’m new to this credit stuff and found it really beginner-friendly.

Don't sign up with these people and certainly don't give them any Bank details as they will start changing you £19.95 a month even if you don't use their services without telling you about it. Don't get mugged like I was by these people

I had a question about my account and they sorted it same day. Can't ask for more.

They have now taken 4 payments from me for 19.99 even though I cancelled within 2 days of their 14 day free trial
Have reported them to trading standards abs citizens advice
They are a rip off even when you cancel they still take 19.99 each month
If I could give no stars I would
They say we must have signed up to a free trial but this is wrong as I never did
And no they do not refund you
Will update this when I hear back from citizens advice and trading standards hopefully this will help other people who have cancelled or never signed up

Complete scam, how they are still operating is a mystery. I’m calling the fraud line tomorrow and I will be asking why they have not been shut down yet. They are stealing from thousands of people. They trick you in to getting access to your account then set up a direct debit you can’t get out of. I have been emailing there customer support, they can’t explain how I have signed up to a membership when they do not recognise my email address, I have no log in like everyone else they con. I’m feed up with them saying they can’t stop the payments, the bank says the company has to stop the payments, but they won’t so I’m contacting the fraud department tomorrow, I will be explaining it to them and ask them why this is happening to thousands and why this company is allowed to continue stealing from people.
Sure credit is now reported. My bank has blocked them. I suggest you all speak to your banks, they will block them. Hopefully shortly there scam business will come to and end. Also please ignore there copy and paste response on trustpilot, it’s a delay tactic, Plus like you I have never received an email from them. So please spread the word before anyone else gets scammed.

As far as I was concerned I was entering my bank details for a money lender to put funds into my bank account.
They are added by search engine to believe they are a lending company.
I suffer with mental health so wouldn't be fully aware of the reason I was being conned.

Did not sign upto this service it signs U up automatically or in small prints then won't give you your money back when I have asked twice now they just mess you about scammers at the best avoid at all cost mind you you don't know Ur signing up anyways 🤦 should be ashamed even the bank said it shouldn't be legal what they do and about how many complaints there are getting

Took money from my account I did not tick a box to authorise the payment, this is a scam and I am now out of pocket

Not bad, but I feel like I can find most of this info online for free. The affordability and dark web tool was the best part. Chat guy was good.

You've taken money from my account and I didn't sign up with you 😡 it's money for my animals 😡

Utter crap (to put it lightly) cancelled my subscription only to find they still charged me 2 days later... Now when I try to log in "my account details aren't recognised" yet they were when I cancelled my subscription - they did nothing for me, they did it all for themselves.... I'll be contacting my bank in the morning to get my money back for lack of service and if that doesn't work I'll be going legal!

Forgot to cancel and they charged me! Maybe I was expecting too much Didn't even use it! **

Complete scam I didn’t realise that I had signed up for a free trial. The next thing they have taken £19.99 from my account and when I questioned it the response was that this was for services and advice but there had been no contact whatsoever. Surely this is fraud

These muppets must think people are thick
UPDATE
shows how thick they are by sending the same copy and paste response to everybody it screams scam so I didn’t sign up so you won’t find my account to take your scammer and shove it where the Sun don’t shine
They scam you £20 a month when you need a loan
