trish is the way to go

trish has been the best help with me over the last couple of months helping me build on my skills with driving as she’s managed to help me build all my confidence and help me past my test with only 3 minors!

Passed my most recent exam

Would like to say a massive thank you to Tony for helping me pass my most recent exam, helping me get over nerves and just being upbeat and understanding that everyone's different so needs to be treated differently, if I had to do it all again, I would 100% choose Tony!!

Excellent instructor

Tony has been an amazing instructor for the past 10 months, taught me everything I needed for my test and had good lesson gaps that worked around my schedule, passed a month ago and he still supports me when I need help with driving. Thank you

I recently Passed my test with Trish

I recently Passed my test with Trish. It was fun and easy to be taught by her. She made sure I was confident and comfortable leading up to my driving test. I would recommend her to everyone that I know. She’s a brilliant Driving instructor.

Amazing experience

I recently passed my driving test with Neil as my instructor and I loved everything about it. He is patient and kind when teaching and will push you to help you progress. I’m going to miss our lessons he was amazing can’t recommend him enough.

I had Trish as my instructor and she was fabulous. My previous instructor before had just made me feel so stupid and under pressure and i never experienced that once with Trish. Being made to feel so confident within myself was the only reason i was able to pass. Wouldnt recommend anyone more.

10 months to find out my request was rejected

I contacted surepass via their website to book a 10 hour intensive course in July 2024. I received my email that said someone would be in touch. No one ever contacted me. I called the office multiple times and no one ever answered. So I sent emails to the email address I found online but also never received a response.
I recently found another email address and forwarded some of my previous emails to them and I finally got a response.
It turns out I was refunded the same day I sent the money but was never notified my request was rejected, and my bank account showed I had paid this whole time. It's only after I received a response that the charge disappeared from my statement (probably when the refund was processed).
In the email responses I was the one being blamed for contacting the wrong email addresses when there was no disclaimer that that account was not in use, nor an automatic response stating this. I also never received an apology or acknoweldgement that they should have notified me about the request being cancelled. I waited 10 months to be told my request was denied the day i made it.
Absoloutely shocking and appalling customer service. I would not recommend using this company, look for an independant instructor instead.
Following the recent response from surepass. I would like to update that I found an instructor before christmas time and within 3 weeks, a total of 8 hours of sessions, including the test time, I passed my test.
I would like to clarify that I never got any cancellation emails or notification my request was rejected, or notification that monies had been returned. And to still be blamed for sending to an incorrect email address, I used the one that was on your website at the time I purchased this course, to still have you deny responsibility and blame me for your organisation not having notifications of not contacting at the bottom of unmanned company emails is very poor customer service indeed.

Thank you for your feedback and I can only apologise for what has occurred. When we refund a payment we do attempt to contact the customer and Sage also sends an email to let you know.

The payment was cancelled the same day the order was made and is voided rather than refunded and so within 5 days it is like the transaction never occurred, i.e. no payment/no refund.

I'm not aware of what email address you had sent the emails to, but when the email was sent to the correct email address, it was responded to.

Again, I can only apologise for any inconvenience caused to you and I wish you the best of luck with your future lessons.

Trish

Trish was really down to earth and made me feel so comfortable on my lessons. She is such a lovely woman and I’m grateful to have had her teach me. She encouraged me and helped me pass first time. I would 110% recommend Trish to others.

Absolutely brilliant driving instructor Scott Waring

Absolutely brilliant driving instructor!
My daughter had the pleasure of learning with Scott Waring after using previous instructors who did not work out.. I genuinely couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s calm, patient, honest, and has a natural ability to teach in a way that builds confidence from day one. His supportive and reassuring approach made a huge difference, and thanks to his guidance, my daughter passed her test first time! We’re so grateful for all his help — a fantastic instructor through and through.

Absolutely amazing instructor! Couldn't recommend Scott enough. He’s so patient and makes you feel so comfortable behind the wheel. I passed first time today and couldn’t be more thankful to Scott waring for getting me there😁

Poor service and communication

I enquired about driving lessons and was told that my nearest instructor would be in touch with me. I am eager to get onto the road as i currently have the free time to learn. I did not hear back for 2 days. I called again and was told to give it another day. Still no response. I chased a week later and was told this would be followed up. Still nothing....

Best instructor ever

Best instructor ever. Trish taught me everything I need to know and made me feel confident. i couldn’t have done this without all her help. she has always been calm and patient and made me feel ready for my test. Couldn’t of done it without her ☺️

Worlds Best Instructor

Su Hampton was brilliant she helped me become the best driver I could be and with her help I was able to get a pass on my second attempt at the practical test, she is also teaching my sister who I have no doubt will have no problems getting over the line with her help. I would not hesitate in recommending her to other friends and family 😊 ❤️ Thanks again Su your a legend! From Cam xx

Scott Waring Fantastic driving instructor

I had Scott Waring for my lessons and I cannot put into words how grateful I am to him for getting me through my test first time.
His patients and calming nature helped me massively with my confidence on the roads.
I would 110 per cent recommend Scott to anyone weather you are a first time driver or some one that has driven before and just need to brush up on your skills for your test.
I am truly grateful to Scott as this has opened up a lot of paths for me.

100% recommened Claire

Had Claire as my instructor, never drove a car before always rode a motorbike. She made me feel comfortable made every lesson a joy and a good laugh. Helped me with my confidence and always made lessons worth learning. 100% recommened her passed test first time and only with 20 hours course. So thanks again Claire!

Booked for my son crash course 4 days…

Booked for my son crash course 4 days for when he was 17 then they couldn’t fit him in for 6 months and said 4 day course is no good best doing 2 hour lessons found a test my self in 3 weeks and someone else who can fit him in for 4 days won’t give money back when we was only given date 2 days ago L@@k AVOID try someone else these have poor customer service never return calls ignore emails and are rude getting my refund via bank

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, test waiting times are long at the moment, I understand it is possible to get cancellation tests in some area's but our instructors are in high demand and so don't have availability to book a full course at such short notice.

I understand you requested a refund, but unfortunately your request was received outside of the 14 day cooling off period (as per our terms and conditions), to receive a refund, the request must be received within 14 days of your booking.

I'm sorry we weren't able to resolve your complaint on this occasion and wish your son the best of luck with his driving.
