My son has recently passed his driving test with Trish Bailey, she was a great instructor always turned up on time for lessons and was accommodating when he had to change days due to work. Would definitely recommend sure pass and Trish.

Passed my test today. Did an intensive driving course with Mark Lyons and he was brilliant. Mark was very calm throughout the course, patient and informative. He helped me overcome most of my driving anxiety. Thanks Mark!

i couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than neil, he’s amazing at what he does and is also just such a lovely person who made me feel really calm and confident while driving. i would highly recommend him to anyone looking!!

Scam company for instructors...
I worked wuth this company for 2 years. They were not too great with giving me students but would take their money out on time. I had to arrange my own students from recommendations, family and friends. They lure you into signing the contract by saying you will be making fortune but then forget about you and don't bother with giving you any students or business. When I resigned from the company. They were very unhelpful in providing me the proof of working with them and driving their car without any claim or accident saying they are not obliged to do so.
They charged me £700 to leave their company even after my contract was finished. They put me on auto renewal without informing me. When I refused to go on it . I was fined. Instructors please read your terms and conditions carefully before you sign the contract.
Manager at sure pass isn't very helpful. She becomes very rude and arrogant if you request her for anything in writing.
Keep in mind instructors if you have any disagreement with any learner over anything. This company is very unsupportive and will make every effort to pin you down.
Do not work with this company.
Don't waste your time and money.

We have been with Scott Waring after a bad experiences with a previous instructor.
From day one scott has been exceptional with my daughter. Her confidence behind the wheel has increased dramatically and she has just passed her test with ONE minor! I would recommend Scott to anyone and he is a credit to the industry.

I did my lessons with Trish Bailey and wow was she amazing, kept me relaxed and talked me through everything, has the patience of a saint, kept me calm on my lessons and through my test, cant thank her enough

Neil is absolutely brilliant. He is super lovely and calm. He’s a very good teacher and he made sure that I was ready to take my test with confidence. I’ve recommended him to all of my friends and family. I’m going to miss him and the lessons so much. Thankyou Neillll 🥰🥰

After failing numerous times many years ago I eventually decided to give it another try. Thanks to Anthony Haines patience and words of encouragement I passed first time with Anthony as a new instructor. Reliable, patient, calm, gave positive encouragement and ensured each lesson wasn't boring with lots of different routes covered and aspects of driving skills.
Would certainly recommend *****.

Scott Waring is an amazing instructor, he is always very nice to me and i highly recommend him as an instructor m. I passed my test first time because of him and i couldnt be more grateful.

My lessons with Neil Killshaw at SurepassDrivingschool were everything but boring! He tought me so much and made driving so much easier for me. He isn’t one to shout and is such a lovely person to have as a teacher.

I am very happy with my instructor Dan Wood he he was one of the main reasons i have passed. Excellent driving instructor and really helps you with what you are struggling at i highly recommend him like i said he is the main reason i have passed

After trying a few different driving instructors, I finally found Neil. His instruction and advice was clear and delivered in the right way, always constructive supportive, his manner is friendly which allows you to build your confidence. I would highly recommend Neil as an instructor and would like to thank him for ensuring I had all the tools to be able to pass my practical and theory tests under his instruction.

Curtis is a friendly and patient instructor. Always made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had. Very professional! Definitely recommend!

Passed First time with surepass in Plymouth. My instructor was Mark, he was full of knowledge and explained everything in a way I would understand. We went over everything on the test over and over, until I was confident. I would recommend Mark if you are looking for lessons in Plymouth

Tried booking an instructor in which after 6 weeks of zero contact I've chased them up to be told someone would be in contact within 48 hours which they failed again I rang another 48 hours later to be told someone else will be in touch then! To be told the following day there a no instructors in my area & I should look elsewhere.
Wasted 8 weeks of my time when I literally have the money & time to get it all boxed off asap.

Thanks for wasting hours I won't get back.
I won't be recommending to anyone & will also make sure they're avoided by anyone looking for recommendations.

Used this company 10+ years ago & I'd give them 5/5 back then. Shame I don't know what happened along the way but you lost yourselves.

Full 5 star rating, I had my lessons with mark from sure pass in the Plymouth region, mark is a very good instructor very clear and went through everything you need to do to get passed. I did a one week course for 30 hours and passed first time. We’ll worth you money this company.

I couldn’t have had a better experience learning to drive with Tony. From my very first lesson he was so supportive, patient and kind and really helped me build my confidence up behind the wheel. He knew I was so eager to drive so he made sure my lessons were filled with things not only to help me pass but also to help me be a confident driver on the road. If you want an encouraging, knowledgeable and patient instructor I couldn’t recommend Tony more (plus he has a great sense of humour which is always a plus!).

Passed my practice test today, not my first attempt due to mistakes on my part but I cannot fault my instructor Mark Lyons in Plymouth. Pure professionalism from my first lesson.

Trish was an amazing instructor that help me learn to fully drive a car and to pass my test. Was very helpful making me learn on the detail I needed to learn the most.
Would highly recommend Trish to everyone

trish has been the best help with me over the last couple of months helping me build on my skills with driving as she’s managed to help me build all my confidence and help me past my test with only 3 minors!
