Jobe Duna Recall
I purchased a Jobe Duna iSUP from New Forest Surf in November 2021. I was made aware that some of the Jobe iSUP products had been recalled due to manufacturing issues, in particular the Duna model. When I checked the serial number on the bottom of my board, I could see that my board was unfortunately one that was being recalled. I contacted New Forest Surf via email, as Jobe had requested that the recall process should be made via the dealer I purchased the board from. I received an email from Chad at New Forest Surf on a Sunday evening informing me that he had just been made aware of the recall and to bear with him for a couple of days whilst he contacted Jobe to get an understanding of the recall process.
I am delighted to say that I now have a brand new Duna which was delivered via UPS yesterday, complete with returns labels and packaging to return the recalled board and accessories.
New Forest Surf and Chad have been excellent through the whole recall process and I will be ordering all my water sports equipment from them moving forward....I can't thank them enough.
